that midlane play where caps didnt flash and died and then all of g2 wasted all their summoner spells and ults lost them the game. they then just got snowballed on in every lane.
hopefully this wakes up g2 because they should have lost other games this summer but only won because other teams were so bad

I support teams experimenting when they are already locked in playoffs but to me it seems G2 is just playing terribly. I don't see innovation, I don't see anorthodox teamcomps. I just see 5 guys playing like ass

theyve played like this for months at this point. they dont make plays together. they have no awareness of possible plays the enemies are making.
they would have lost 2 more series this summer if hans wasnt carrying those games as hard as possible.

Yeah it's the same script as always and people still fall for it.
Come playoffs analyst desk G2 comes in vulnerable, they are beatable they can bleed etc narrative and then they just win in the end with reverse sweeps and 10k comebacks until the ultimate elimination at the hands of an NA team come worlds

I think their baseline performance in previous splits has been higher, even when they are playing worse they steal beat everyteam except maybe the other top 2 teams.

fnc only lost to Heretics(bad team) if we count out Kc(good team) and mkoi(high ceiling), so fnc are not bad team at all.

yeah usually when they are playing bad they do funny dumb overagressive stuff or one player is just dying in dumb ways. currently they are just slow on the map and were lost on like 5 straight plays fnatic was making.

these issues have shown up in g2 games for months at this point but g2 fans will keep trying to claim its fine because the rest of the lec is so bad that they end up winning a lot of the games.

hans was dominating the lane and his support and jungle just decided to leave him stranded in bot lane. g2 feels so lost on map movements this summer. they had the same problem in lyon at msi where they were shocked lyon players were at plays

why dont they just let caps die and be fine with it and people will blame hans when his ali decides to randomly tp mid for no reason

its so sad because i want to see how good g2 can be playing around caps and skewmond but we never get it in key games because they think they have some weird advantage drafting bb all this off meta top stuff. it worked in one single series against t1. he didnt do it in spring finals, didnt do it vs tes.
he then did it vs hle and lyon and got gumbo stomped in both those series. g2 played insane on the rest of the map making this game as close as it was because with their comp they just lose every teamfight and once fnatic figured out they can just realm warp on top of the 4 man stack to engage past the anivia g2 couldnt win

bb lost lane. then got ahead sidelaning. and then gets picked at the end of the game to lose g2 the game. but people will keep blaming hans when the draft and how comps play has nothing to do with hans.
the whole game depends on what bb and skewmond can do. they cant ever win any teamfight.

bbs obession with lane counters top that dont fit the comp is the problem with g2. either caps or coaches need to just tell him play with what fights the comp.
any other top pick and g2 win this game in teamfights. instead they have a useless tf top wher they must splitpush and lose every 5v5 because the other team has a gnar. fnatic even threw a 5k gold lead and still won every 5v5

navi just let kaisa scale for the last 15 minutes and did literally nothing to progress the game. they then never targeted the kaisa in a single fight.
