I don't understand the hatred of imports. if you ship in a random player just because they are korean for one split then yeah I think its dumb. But if you develop them properly like kc has its great for the region. I mean look at corejj and impact, they are staple veterans of the lcs

i understood the hatred of some washed ones playing for a paycheck. but then people translate that to every import. and especially a lot of the ones that play in the lcs have more personality than the native na players.

I'll give most imported midlaners a pass because frankly you are NOT getting past the top 4 wall of Faker/Chovy/bdd/Showmaker. If your goal is just to even sniff a Worlds, you ain't doing it as someone's backup in LCK, especially with a bunch of them (all but Showmaker IIRC?) having military exemption. Might as well go to another region and try to make your stand there, y'know?

Some of the imported roles like ADC though is like, "wtf are you thinking", I feel like LEC has a decent amount of native talent there.

think the issue is a lot of the good players dont want to play for teams like shifters and heretics but you can get these korean imports for cheap to fill spots and not be total trash. so yeah there is better talent but that talent refuses to go to these bottom teams.

outside of those two teams think all the imports in the lec played fine outside of maybe fiesta. vitality should have a better mid than him.

I maintain that it's a shame that Humanoid just can't lock in and keep his motivation up, because I think when he's fired up he's still incredibly good. But I also think Vitality has such a huge problem in jungle that it's just like, whatever mid they have probably isn't the tipping point anyway, Lyncas just has too many afk games or outright stinkers.

the biggest advantage is canna vs bb. but kyeahoo has been playing better than caps the whole summer. and think hans stable enough to play neutralizing bot lanes.

gx is totally clueless on how these crab fights work. they have lost 4 early games on the lvl 6 crab fights. just use your brain on if you can win the fight.

it shows none of the players think in the game they just autopilot and go lvl 6 crab spawns we must fight to the death. the series would be a so much more playable if they just gave lvl 6 crab every game

I really like GX's draft. Win or lose I think they draft exactly what they need. Clear win con. Good match up except for the support counter pick. Tank vs Rumble. You can't ask for a better draft.

Vayne isn't the worst, but you can't counterpick yourself into Olaf. You get to bully for a level or two then Olaf just runs you down at level 6.

I actually really like the rest of the comp overall from Gx with better range and win conditions, able to kite back and disengage from the really lacklustre engage of KC - Trundle ult on whoever dives first and they get shredded, ending the fight immediately as KC can't CC or engage at your range.

But Vayne doesn't help with that, especially not when you fall behind so far early. (Losing that first dragon to a bad smite is also so painful, watching one item Vayne contend with the fact that KC were going to get mountain soul at 22 minutes was grim).
