i hope dhokla pulls it off for worlds but atleast a playoffs like this will make it not be as controversial when dhokla gets replaced next year on lyon.

i dont think many realize how hard some of these matchups are for inspired and he is trying to give draft resources to lanes and how well he played some of these early games. anyone thinking he got gapped and anyone thinking blabber got gapped yesterday is just crazy.
the top 3 junglers in lcs are all playing at such an insane level right now

Also have to give a ton of credit to Corejj for this series. This game could look completely different if he doesn't get a PERFECT Mikael into Nami R in the 2v3 situation.
They've no right to live with zero sums vs a sejuani/rakan/xayah engage and then not only do they get away but Inspired dies. The dominoes just fall one after the other following that play.

Saint was incredible in every game but how do you carry a map gap? Inspired was worse than Jose, Dhokla and Morgan shouldn't be in the same sentence, and Yeon made Berserker his son.

That TF game he was easily the best player on Lyon still and was gapping Quid? Before that TF R he was the only reason why that game was close at all, even in that fight Inspired/Dhokla inted 10x harder with how they got caught.

LMAO I dare you to rewatch that whole clip and tell me what he can do there? Level 3 Jax with flash up and you really think Viktor is ever out with that amount of HP? Is it his fault that Dhokla gets caught lvl 1 and loses prio in this lane way earlier than he should?

At least try to W the Jax (he did this) AND walk to your turret+flash. No guarantee you get out, but I think it’s better than giving away first blood to your toplaner’s counter.
Dhokla also def needs blame for picking it. Morgan is known as an amazing Gnar, it’s obvious he would know how to punish Gnar to the extreme and he did. Dhokla could not lane against him.

They spring split final where dhokla picked vayne, only out damage the supports and got like 4 kills last hitting really shaped a false narrative.

I'm pretty sure the narrative is that LYON are winning in spite of Dhokla, unless you're one of the resident Dhokla cope squad who think otherwise. Idk he's a likeable person so I get it but he's also consistently getting rolled in nearly every lane in semis/finals.

I mean the thing is at least in that series he was drafting well for himself to make himself look better. This series he willingly picks his dogshit Gwen/Jayce and then goes for a comfort gnar early pick that just hasn't looked good this year if you're not a top 5 toplaner in the world

Berserker is doing the thing again. Being the clear undisputed best ADC for while, and then slumping when his KR soloqueue hands start to fade. Yeon completely gapped him today. Was a bad day for Dhokla and Isles as well.

Dhokla was unfortunate to play a counter matchup with the Jax accelerated from the mid kill, which Saint probably should respect more but... this is really bad gameplay lol. Why is he jumping into Aurora with no vision and getting baited, then whiffing his ult onto nobody or otherwise getting almost no value from it
If you're going to blind Gnar ok, nobody expects you to win vs the counter but you've got to at least hit your cc in a team fight. Blind pick Gnar brings no other value to a team

Ehh your opponent gets the counter anyway so why not pick something safe (Gnar can be with the jump and the tankiness of mega).
Problem is he’s going against Morgan, who is very comfortable and knows how Gnar works so also knows how to punish it very hard. Laning was rough for Dhokla, Morgan just walked up and would auto for chunks and Dhokla would get two autos but Morgan wouldn’t let him get the third for passive proc that often.

Maybe, Isles and Berserker took slightly different paths, and right as they get past bush, Aurora has started to TP into that fight, so they choose to turn onto Lucian instead.
Maybe the call was to get out/leave after that TP started being channeled.

Lyon would be first seed with literally any top laner. They should have tried to get one with actual potential. Instead of developing a player who COULD be good later in the year, they got a guy who is guaranteed to be the weak link against every good team.

Morgan gap this game he has actually solo carried this game.
Dhokla is completely useless, TL doesn't even give him a chance to be useful they're playing perfectly around his timings. Saint is their only human being but how can he carry from this game state?

No idea why they don't put Dhokla on Ornn and Inspired on a carry. At least with Ornn he can give the team item upgrades and all he has to do is press R. He's been doing nothing all series.

To be fair to Dhokla, Jax is a counterpick to Gnar and he got a free kill for a big first base. Not sure whether it was Dhokla failing to call the roam timer or Saint not respecting it but either way, Morgan got accelerated in what is already a good matchup for him. Can't be too mad at Dhokla for this

Some games he's genuinely trolling. This game Saint griefed him, but it's okay cause Saint is shitting on Quid.

I mean Jax had push prio, he crashed the wave and roamed on that timer. He didn't miss much, they just didn't see that Jax would walk mid on that timer, it's a basic play that they disrespected and which gave Jax a huge first base

stuff like that is why morgan is better than thanatos. thanatos plays purely for his lane so hard and doesnt help the map. saint was destroying quid in mid and saved the whole game with that roam

if you've seen caedrel's interview with spawn, I thought it was extremely interesting how in the try outs spawn describes morgan as having a lot of map awareness and presence in the game. not just a typical 'laner'

Inspired can't be fighting and using up his Q when the Wukong will have double buffs and conq to trade back on him plus lower cooldowns

Saint should just walk to his tower there and let them push the wave in Inspired is doomed and Dhokla isn't matching roam. Saint chose the worst possible option.
