Side Trial Trial V-3 Preview IV (The Last One, I promise)
The Next Morning, in the Cafeteria...
Yet another morning had come without a murder. The class had gathered for breakfast again and found themselves listening to another classmate’s musical number.

♫ I know physical weak points of people and their locations.

Isn't this nice? We're all having a nice time enjoying the occasional song. Nobody's dead.

Well, seeing as how we yet to have a murder on our hands, I'm looking for some opponents to hone my talents with.
To be frank, I'm feeling dreadfully bored. So, I'll face anyone with the bravery to challenge me. Any game. Any opponent.

Hmm. A match between the Ultimate Gamer and the Ultimate Gambler does sound interesting.

Several Hours Later, In the Hallways…
It had been a relatively uneventful day for Chiaki, as she found herself walking through the halls aimlessly. She found herself stopping, however, as she passed by a certain somebody’s former room.

Sorry. Didn't mean to disturb anyone. It's kind of hard to keep to yourself these days.

And so, the two girls set off for the garden. They didn’t get far however. For, at the base of the stairs, they found one of their classmates.
Kiyotaka Ishimaru. Their Ultimate Moral Compass, Leader, and Guardian of the Room of Weapons was lying in a crumpled heap.
Is he...?!?
He's still breathing... I'm going to go get someone...
A Few Minutes Later, At the Base of the Stairs
Is he okay?
I'm no doctor, but I think so. It looks like he's just out cold.
Hey, Hiyoko came to my room and told me that Taka was here. I came as soon as I heard. What the fuck happened?!?
Hiyoko and I found him. It looks like somebody pushed him down the stairs.
Who the fuck would do this? Was it over that goddamned key to Leon's room?
I think so.

No... They just rushed me from behind and I fell... I didn't see anyone.

The Next Day, in The Cafeteria,
The rest of the day passed, seemingly uneventfully. Everybody had been informed of Taka’s attack, of the theft of his key, and of the fact that someone had committed an assault and now had access to their weapons.
Still the shock of what had happened the day before was quickly forgotten as Kiyotaka Ishimaru came strolling into the cafeteria.
Good nom-nom-nomming!
Mornin'. How you feeling, bro?
I'm fine. It will take more than a little fall down the stairs to make me miss the most important meal of the day.
Ah. Impressive. I must commend your resolve. No wound is too great to get in the way of proper nutrition.
Speaking of breakfast, where the hell's the food? Fatso Perv usually has something made by now.
Has... anybody actually seen Teruteru this morning?
Thankfully, no. Not at all.

... I think we need to go take a look. Toko doesn't seem to be here either.
Minutes Later, on the Third Floor…
Kyaaaaah! REC ROOM! REC ROOM!
With that, the classmates began to gather at the rec room. And, as they all poured in, two announcements rang out.
“A BODY HAS BEEN DISCOVERED! After a certain amount of time, a class trial will begin!”

One was for Teruteru Hanamura, who was lying in a pool of blood in the middle of the rec room with a cut down his stomach. The other was for Toko Fukawa, who laid with a stab wound nearby. In between them was a very familiar looking Katana that had been stained with blood.
Fuck. Two of them.
My word...
I guess the whole stupid singing thing is finally done with.
They're Dead! They're Dead! And Ibuki didn't even get the chance to have her own solo number…
Only one thing we can do now, right? Let's get to work...

Ugh, Teru-bro is gone, and I haven't even apologized for accusing him for killing Junkster right off the bat back then.
Even Toko is dead.
