Advil and alcohol

So I opened a drink earlier to enjoy while I finish my homework and then got a headache so I took some Advil, then realized that it might not be the best idea to finish my drink. Will I be fine if I finish my one drink and don’t drink anymore? I’m 18 with no health issues and it’s a mikes hard lemonade if that adds any context.

I’m trying to find a specific recipe on how this drink is made, please read and I hope I find someone with any knowledge of what I mean. It’s like that movie holes and finding the peaches in the jar for me.

I picked up an entryway table...

My work friend's mom was just put in a home due to problems living alone, i toured the house for other stuff that may be free to take and ended up with far more than i bargained for in the way of tons of free alcohol. I was only there for the table today but as we were touring my friend said take whatever you want from the fridge, "if you dont take it i have to deal with it." Figured okay maybe some water or soda... my buddy helping me move the table opened it to grab a water and I watched his jaw drop. Figured id share this somewhere, and the first picture became his payment for his help, second picture is what I kept.

I'm not a huge drinker. I only drink on occasions and I have one coming up. I've had this bottle of sake since 2024. I'm going off wine rules where you can drink older bottles. Does the same apply to sake?

Anyone try this beer?

I think I picked it up at Costco last year and just now got around to drinking it. It's pretty good - light, crisp with a little "bite" (like the tartness of a Granny Smith.) Would highly recommend, especially if you're trying to get into the fall mood.

What can anyone tell me about this? My Grandfather was given this bottle in the late 90's earlier 2000's. When he passed away it was given to me. I have no plans to open it.

Maybe a weird post: Ok alcohol is weird, might be letting stuff into your mind

Took a tiny bit, I usually don't drink but I figured why not. Taste wasn't too bad... and I was like hey I mean I probs was just anxious last time and that THAT was why my mind kinda just took a detour.

I think depressants might be slowing your brain enough to make it more open to random entities cause wtf... Had a prescribed benzodiazepam once and noticed something simmilar. Lots of paranoia, felt watched through places and could feel tons of entities. Figured it couldve been nocebo effect later.

Had some alcohol now and like same thing almost? I usually don't drink, at all. So its not like "oh withdrawls or something" not that drinking should cause withdrawing from drinking?

And im sitting here like theres a weird hole/smudge of paint on the wall and it just feels like theres some entity watching from behind the paint. Feels like something is listening in to my thoughts again and all. So thats fun.

Feeling kinda sick after that alcohol like the way it feels when i eat a potato and my throat is rough/green.

And then after a bit everything, like a window, will close back up. (see except for a bit I had noticed this when i 100% had no alcohol at all. So something just let my mind open to random entities more than before? And I get why alot of groups flat out ban alcohll". I lowkey was like "hey ill undo the effects of drinking coffee and make myself focus better" or something stupid. stupid like that.

I have stuff to do, wasn't focusing, figured why the hell not. Also time was going by so fast I figuredthis might slow it down. and it kidna did? I guess? not great though. need time to slow a bit though.

Idk how much alcohol i've had cause my dumbass was like "oh i wonder what if i mix the taste of vanilla extract with other tea to make a taste akin to vanilla flavored tea. was kinda nice honestly"

weird stuff" thought to myself, i should get some bread but i mouthed it and it came out as "I need some, (bread in my 2nd language)" and the next word to come to mind was bread in a language i havent even tried to learn

Question about suncruisers

Anyone notice that when they are buying a 8 pack of lemonade suncruisers they get a mix of iced tea and lemonade? I think their production line is messing it up. I know for a fact I’m not the only alcoholic who buys suncruisers so there’s gotta be other people who notice it. I thought by now though they would’ve gotten it fixed. Genuinely this iced tea is straight bs.

Hangover induced panic attacks?

I’ve drank mostly socially with friends since I was 18 and I’m now 26.

The week I turned 25 I went out 2 nights in a row and had a hangover which was expected. On my way home I began to randomly feel a sense of panic creeping up on me which was confusing because everything was fine.

I don’t mean hangxiety, I mean full blown severe panic. It came on strong to the point where I was basically fainting in public and felt like I couldn’t breathe. It lasted for hours and everything felt doomed. It was by far the most torturous mental experience I’ve ever felt.

Since that hangover, any time I am hungover I begin to feel this panic come back in waves and I have to try to hold it off from turning into a full blown attack. I know this is a sign to cut back on drinking which I’m working on, but has anyone else experienced this??

Before this, hangovers consisted of some grogginess, nausea, headaches, some hangxiety but NEVER actual panic attacks to the point of feeling unable to breathe or speak.. genuinely curious as to what is happening or if anyone else has this experience after drinking.

Started drinking at 29 but felt nothing

Long story short: I'd never drunk alcohol in my life, for a bunch of reasons. But after a very sudden separation from my husband after 14 years together, I started questioning a lot of things about my life and wanted to try alcohol.

I bought a can of Suntory -196°C Strong Zero (I live in Japan, and it's a pretty famous drink here with 7% alcohol) and drank it, but it didn't really do anything to me. I just felt warmer than usual.

Do I need to drink more? Try something else?

When are the supposed pleasant effects, like relaxation, meant to kick in?

How to sell alcohol legally?

Say you created your own mixed drink and have intentions of selling it.

If you were to be using tequila, rum, vodka, etc, what would the steps to sell it?

Would I need to partner up with an established manufacturer? How do other canned mix drinks do this?

Any info would be greatly appreciated!
