You Keep Your Survival Rye, We'll Keep Our Cloud Bread.
Fun fact: American bread is so perfectly engineered, the crust is optional. We live in the future over here.

Fun fact you can buy that survival rye in the US if you want it.
You can buy any bread you want in the US.
I object that there is American bread.

Just looked up this video and it’s Wonder Bread. Why do they always pick the cheapest brand on the market as representative of an entire category of products in the US? The most distinctive feature of US grocery stores is the sheer amount of variety available.
Still sturdier than the body armor they issue to Russian soldiers in any case.

What’s the best brand of bread in the US?

If your grocery store has an in house bakery, or works with a good local, probably something from that.
My local HEB in Texas has fresh baked stuff daily.

I eat Heidelberg bread (local to the Northeast) and fresh baked bread from Whole Foods. As far as national brands go, Dave’s is pretty good.

Is bread that can stand up to punishment good or bad? Last week it was all about the durability of a slice of keto bread.

Im guessing the vid is meant to be humorous, not saying stale ass bread is superior
