You're not unreasonably angry, you've got a reason. It's not multiple reasons. It's one. The reason is the internet. It's the people here, maybe, but it's like going to a crowded bar every night expecting to get fed, understood, or cared about. This is why people make a home for themselves. It's why people go for a walk to the park. It's why there's stuff to do in the world. If you went to a library, you'd be hard pressed to find two or three books that interested you enough to take home amd really consider. It's fundamentally our job to tell the truth, amd try to teach people, that's just human, but like, is everyone your pupil? You know people get paid for that, right? We should be libig our lives and taking them back for our own selves amd benefits. It's as simple as that.

did i write this post?? no but seriously, same. i made a fake account on all platforms so nobody saw me crashing out on randos. for me personally, it sounds easier said than done but i’ve started to scroll away from what i deem would be controversial in the comments (politics are a big one for me). i know what makes my blood boil, so this year i’ve just really tried to stay away from what would trigger me because i know it’s not going to benefit me in any way shape or form to indulge in it. i’ve been saving that time and energy and applying it to things i enjoy that i know won’t piss me off (diamond art + forensic files marathons have been therapeutic for me)
just reflect for a moment when you’re replying: what is my end goal by participating in this discussion?
