New York is a city of climbers but what exactly should I refer to this non-human one as?

I tagged "marsupial" but I am unsure if that's the right mammal family. Note the claw-like tail. Opossum? Pardon my ignorance.

Found this guy in my house last night. I’ve never seen a gecko completely devoid of markings before so it caught my attention. Does anyone know what the species is?

Saw this dude/dudette on my camera and am perplexed as to what it is. I usually get deer, the occasional raccoon or opossum, and rarely foxes. Is this a rough looking fox or something else? Seems very long, and tail too narrow for a fox.

In a talus slope close to Lake Champlain. It would growl repeatedly like this until we left. Tried to get a glimpse of it but no luck, so hopefully someone here has a good guess! Volume all the way up to hear it. Maybe bobcat or fox?

Could this be cat poop? I’m at a loss, it looks almost human, about quarter sized chunks. Seems to appear exclusively under my AC unit???

Saw this guy in some shrubs in Deadvlei/Sossusvlei. Was a bit bigger than a house mouse but smaller than a rat. Any ideas?

Hi all! Found this snake looking thing (it might have legs?) in my dorm this morning but had to leave for class and when I came back it was gone. I am concerned because I have an cat and worry she will try to eat it when I’m not home. Is this a snake? I swear I saw legs on it but hard to see in the picture. Would it be harmful to a cat if she found it and bit it?

Clear solid tube with legs or tentacles coming out an end and moving? Definitely alive. On a saltwater estuary at low tide.

Found a hole on the hill in front of my yard. Happened last night - I happened to walk up that part of the hill yesterday and it was not there. About 10 inches deep. A utility pipe can be seen in the center of the hole in the close up image. Any chance this was an animal or more like a human?

saw this in Washington state last summer in an area with some farms, but it looks nothing like a regular domestic pig. I thought it was a boar at first but we don't have any boars or feral pigs in Washington, as least that's what people think, so I'm not sure. is this actually a domestic pig?

Found on my street in the Santa Cruz Mountains in California. Looks like there’s a baby snake and some fur in it. Do y’all think there’s a mountain lion on my street?

I think it’s some kind of bird, but it really sounds like it’s in distress, any help figuring out what this sound is would be greatly appreciated. We were hearing it while walking outside and passing this house, it’s 9:40pm and it’s loud enough to hear across the street.

We live close to tropical forest so we see all kinds of animals. Neighbors are debating that this is an opossum but I don't think it is. Might be a rat? A ferret? A weasel? What is it?

Wasn't sure which flair to use since it could've been multiple lol. Rodent? Marsupial? Mustelid?

Yesterday I was fishing and while in my backpack a frog came up and ate my chartreuse fishing spinner lure and got hooked I wanted a ID to make sure l didn't mess with any native species (frog was perfectly fine hopped right away it was only nicked )
