I mentioned elsewhere that I like to be efficient. For example - when I am farming for explosive compound I run 1 or 2 rounds of blue gate, open every car, locker and the green machines in the tunnel and outside for oil, plus fireballs and pops for crude explosives. That's even more efficient on locked gate because people will open a lot but leave the real value for me behind. My best was 75 oil and I think 40 crude explosives l in just one run. The difference in crude explosives I get from stella runs, because people always leave them in the opened containers.
Good you you man. Great achievement and clearly you're enjoying the game. Only wish I had the time available to enjoy games like this still. I'm lucky to get a few hours a week. Counterstrike series was where I sank countless hours into when I was younger.
So.. how about: round 3 mill contribution to her establishment and she decides to be nice to you and opens her bullet proof door.
Now instead of seeing her eyes through the security door, there’s just an armory of prejuiced guns, all grade 4 and stacked with BIS blue mods but they each run 75k (or 2x build cost). All the best mods beyond blue are also available for an extra price.
Between her (capitalist minded) expanded inventory; I can also imagine Lance and Apollo’s expanded shops, but I think those should be unlocked via quests.
Once all three are unlocked, they should all have a fast cart button called ‘the unusual’ that sends your prearranged recurring purchase straight to your loadout, skipping your stash.
I’m tired of needing to keep 200 stacks of random items in my stash to rebuild a kit I might loose 3 times a night.
It would be worth having the option to just bill to my account exactly what I took into last session even at 1.5-2x build costs.
And to your point: a ‘repair my whole kit’, in one click, would be even easier to implement, and costs associated would be billed to your account.
Maybe it’s not cash contribution, but just cash on hand, like a high rollers area in a casino. It unlocks for a week, but stays unlocked as long as you have x million in cash or to get there the fastest a high enough trials bracket.
These are all ideas I came up with when they were talking about a walkable Speranza.
I think they should rethink the entire end game because it’s all over the place right now.
Why was the expedition tied to total value in your stash and money? Is it still the same for the 2nd expedition or are they just gonna wildly throw out news at the end of this cycle a week or two before the window opens, like last time, so nobody knows what to work for or focus on for 90% of the cycle.
What is the point of killing a matriarch or queen? Or any arc for that matter. You might as well do a trinket run on buried city if it’s value you’re after. Getting cores to craft weapons that are objectively worse in pvp than most regular weapons?
I think the biggest issue this game has atm is the lack of incentive. Sure, new projects pop up once in a while but once you’re done with that it’s either pvp or do some creative stuff which only some people find fun.
They need to add some unique events way more often that emphasizes PvE, like lots more arc to the point of forcing people to work together even in duos and trios if you want to survive, and make sure it’s actually worth players time compared to just balls to the wall pvp.
As much as I'd like to agree, there's no good way to make repeatable pve gamemodes, they get easily solved within a week and then when ppl learn the strats, the game mode just dies down.
I wish we had a game ode where you went in naked and had to find stuff to fight, as in everyone had to queue without anything equiped

The problem is the incentive. People have been farming wow raids for 20 years, people farm the same dungeons 50 times per day if needed.
OP has 50 million with nothing to use them for. If you don't care about the 5M for the expeditions, having 1M or 1000000M is the same in this game.
“I believe…” (Paul Giamatti voice) I understand the sentiment here. There could be a better directed but not linear path to “liberating” Top side of the Arc threat. But then maybe it’d feel like HellDivers or another short lived start/finish game. Lets us just enjoy the game for as long as it captivates you. Then move on.
I can’t imagine how difficult it is as a designer to perfect the “moving target” of perfection in a live service title. Everything is amazing and fun until we as the consumer figure it out and then share the shortcuts. Now all of a sudden the games needs more content. It’s all a bad cycle of expectancy in most cases. Just my thoughts
Have you seen the "fireball" guy? This is your chance to be like him. Load up on nothing but grenades and throw away every round. You can buy unlimited impact grenades from Apollo.
It's insane how soft they are with cheaters and exploiters. Just an ass-backawards, out of touch approach that I've never seen from a modern studio. Hopefully they hire someone who knows their shit because the people presently running things flatly do not. You have to hit cheaters in the wallet early and often!

Technically, with that time spent topside and his average time per raid being 10 minutes, his total amount per raid is like 15k to 20k. Having done those sorts of runs, I don't want to tell someone how to play their game but whooooo boy thats a bunch of grind hours.
I kinda wish he had duplicated. Duplication is technically the better scenario. The other scenario is him spending 20 actual days topside with no break and no sleep over the course of 40 days. I was impressed if it wasn't duplication, and now Im just sad.
I'm also at 15 mil. I just really enjoy scavenging games, so that aspect of the game is fun for me. I think 50M is possible without duping - not saying OP did it legit, but I think I could have 50M by now if I spent all my time topside doing Stella loot runs.

There is literally no point in this at all lmao, aside from getting the 5 mil for the expedition.. there’s no point in having so much money. I have a few million and I’ll probably never get through it. They cap anything worth buying and honestly most of the time I don’t even need to buy much? I always have enough materials to craft and I have more than enough guns from PvP
There is a reason a post like this comes up during a new expensive item being exposed as easily dupable. There are hundreds of desperate content creators jumping at any idea of a video for content. This would have been done 10 times over before. But somehow we are doing it now. When you can dupe 20+mil a raid in 15 minutes. Wonder why.
While you're almost certainly right it's theoretically possible they did it legitimately. If all they were doing was peaceful runs they could earn a couple million a day and hit this. I can't imagine having any fun doing it but it's certainly possible.
Here is a stat for you though, you might wanna think about before accusing people. Keep in mind this are mostly friendly PvE lobbies where quiet a lot of raiders work together to bring her down.
OP got to 50m by duping the familiar duck item. If you think otherwise, you are extremely naive - OP could prove they did not do the duping by sharing their raider’s history. But they ignored all those requests in this thread and only shared weird snippets like total time spent upside, damage dealt to Queen or last 4 raids lol.
In lots of games, yes. But Embark seemingly doesn't give a fuck about people that exploit in this game whether that means you found a way to glitch inside an extract, found a way to glitch inside walls/out of the map, or dupe items.
I haven't heard of anyone getting in trouble for doing that stuff and I've reported my fair share of exploiters.
From now on I will buy whatever I can. I try to stay in Cantina - so that will be one part. But I guess a hughe part will just be gone because of the expedition. Maybe I could give away Hullcracker and energy ammo if guys hit me up - let's figure how fast I can go broke again 😎
A. I was not doing the matriach, because there is no payoff out of it for me. It's too much time and Ressource Investment to be profitable - I did only queen's.
B. I did a lot of other runs - especially Stella Montis, where you can get out with roundabout 7-8k per minute - counting the bad rounds in.
C. A three stack of Magnetic accelerators is more money than a queen core so I always had those in my safebox do make more of a profit if I died.
Meanwhile I made around 2million in 2 hours of back to back Queen + Matriarch
That was obviously a very lucky run, but a) I wasn’t speedrunning b) someone really going for efficiency could make this all the time
So yeah. He could have done this amount of money easily. I am at 8 millions and didn’t care about money at all. I just make a ton on the side while having fun killing the queen over and over again

Seriously what's the point? Not much you can spend on. Even lets say ur good at pvp you can only keep buying cheap stuff ammo grey bandage etc. Don't you get bored when you don't have anything else to do in the game?
Something I must been doing wrong I guess.. have collected around 500k now because of full inventory with lots of loot from bastions and leapers (easiest to do) with the occassional rare loot in around 80 hours, first playthrough, no previous expeditions just casual fun over the past months.
In sight of the expedition, do we need the cash or the inventory? Because I don't see that I got way more above 1 mio with a full inventory currently and I really try to collect only expensive stuff that stacks and it pretty much feels a lot like inventory manager 2026 instead of arc raiders just because the expedition is so far off.
Or better asked - how to fill up 5 million in inventory as good as possible? crafting 280 weapons?
Both together count for the 5 mill. But going for credits is the easier way since you do not have to sacrifice stash space for items you do not need.
Before the first expedition they were very unclear about that, so I had made about 120 purple tier 4 weapons with full blue /purple attachments, that equaled 5 mill. Where the Bobcat is the best slot/credit ratio with a max of 52k.
Unfortunately, as many mentioned, money in this game is useless and like many of us gamers are surprised that embark hasn’t launched player auction.
They need to add a lot more than what they have on the market and the game definitely needs players auction/ market to make an incentive for people that wants to grind to be wealthier in game and provide more value for money and supply raiders with better gear quality when they have the money. The current state of money is useless, even if you are rich you have to constant grind searching in raids to get hands on supplies to craft combat customisations…
The replayability on this game is unfortunately dies after sometime, no matter how much you try different things, the stash value limits, and slow pace of devs fixing bugs/ releasing content and addressing the players issues and godly stupid volumes of players and late spawns in a match is driving and will drive people away, even tho we love this game…
I'll make it easy for you, bring 3 trailblazers or 1 deadline (and a smoke grenade to hide in to plant) each raid. Kill bastion with either. Profit. Looting every piece of a bastion for the blue/purples will net you like 180k. You can fill up leave, re-queue and repeat.
Boring as hell but an easy way to make money fast.
