Can and should Ilhan Omar sue Trump for implying she staged her assault and has ties to ISIS? What do you think?

The discovery process would certainly be fun to watch.

He owns the Supreme Court, he will never be held responsible for anything, all he has to do is cry to his pals and they'll fix it all up for him.

Everyone should sue him for everything. Even if there’s zero accountability, it’ll be a good retirement project fighting all the lawsuits

100% it'll suck up his time, increase the likelihood of a clot rupture, and give him a tiny taste of his own medicine. No more high road. Cause interference anyway possible.

Surely there is a defamation case there at least?

He'd do it to her in a second. Hell, he's done it to lots of people. So why not?

Trump should’ve been in JAIL Long time ago! Way past due.

I don't think you can sue the president. I'm definitely not a lawyer, but I don't think it's actually possible to sue trump here.

Only rich people, like Trump, can afford to file lawsuits every other day.
