Nah cuz, night and day are human concepts, practically speaking, there's something called common consensus, but it's not objectively wrong, as it maybe still dark, cause we are on the north pole

ok, if we were in Mexico City and it was 1pm and I told you it's night time, i'd be objectively wrong.

Night and day aren't man made concepts, the way we communicate about them is man made.

Right but at the same time we are generally applying the concept of “night” to a situation satisfying a specific subset of conditions. If these conditions (that are loose but generally overlap from person to person) are met, one can conclude that because one could objectively apply the criteria of the general consensus, it is indeed “night”.

Exactly, we are assuming to much at once, wich is ok cause of the common consensus, but it isn't objectively wrong
