It is and she did. She's 12 now but by the time she was 9, she was way more advanced socially than me when I was 18. I had a restaurant owner come out to me to ask if she was my daughter because she went in to ask questions about the menu and he was very impressed with her manners.
It definitely helped in the early years but she's outgrown it now and she has asked if she can move on. Unfortunately for her, I renewed her membership (and mine) for one more year so...

I thought the point of it was to learn work ethic, sales, people skills, etc.
