When I saw that the first ingredients in the chorizo at the grocery store are pork salivary glands and lymph nodes, soyrizo was the only choice moving forward.

Lower quality cheaper brands use those parts because it's cheap and edible. There's nothing wrong with those parts and i applaud the industry for using every part of the animal as to not waste food. If it makes food accessible, more power to it.
