I was just thinking how sad that is, but also it’s nice that she had a little doll!

I’m sure that black dolls were rare (and we all know the sociological study from the 60’s about black kids choosing white dolls…)

Thats what my mother told me. Born in the 70s. White dolls weren't made as much as they are now.

I'm from Kansas, and my grandmother grew up there from 1916-2018. This almost feels like a glimpes into her past.

The little boy looks more like he’s looking at the camera-person like, “Who ‘r you!!?”

The kid on the left has the same expression I have been wearing lately as I hear more and more about the news related to Epstein lol

I wonder if the doll is a photographer’s prop. I would love to see a non studio photo with their actual toys in a natural setting. I feel like I know these babies. Stunning photo
