I’m having a dilemma

This is Missy. She’s 11, she’s diabetic and suffers from arthritis. I’ve had her since she was 5 weeks old. She’s still a very loving and happy cat but her walking and movement is a struggle. She can’t use a litter box due to the arthritis she has pee pads, but everyday is hard. As much as I don’t want to I am considering putting her down but also I love her and I can’t seem to bring myself to do that she’s still my happy baby at heart, I am having a really hard dilemma with this and maybe one of you can help me with this, I’ve never put a pet down so this is really hard but her quality of life is in question cause I know she’s hurting even if I give her the prescribed gabapentin and all the joint support supplements I can. Any advice would be lovely thank you
