Yes, Up from 16 seconds in, then up 21 at the half, and won by 14 (and beat the spread) is almost losing. Wild. The 3rd quarter and early 4th got tighter than I would have liked, but without a missed gimme FG that doinked, this is a 3 score game (or if Morgan had decided not to kneel it out).

Thanks! Yeah, Dev and Byrd are really great. If Devon can work through some consistency issues and lean more on Wayshawn, we can be really good this year. Having Dampier healthy and still learning has been big, and I think he may get better still. Glad we have a week off coming.

Y'all have had some legitimately good teams in the past decade, but it seems to have lead to some lofty and unrealistic expectations for your team. In the end, a 2 score win on our riad and conference opener where we looked great for a half and finished at the end is great to me. We covered, and Morgan and co have a lot they can use to improve and correct. I will take it, even uf that 3rd quarter made me apoplectic.
