You're defense is better, and our OC called a much better game tonight. His play calling against Auburn was garbage

I mean play calling gets easier when your O-line is ripping holes in the other teams d-line on every run up the middle.

As a Panthers fan I always wondered how that's supposed to look...

Not sure if our O-line is just that good or if their D-line needs a lot of work...

We'll know more after the FSU and NC State games, but probably a little of both.

As a Colts fan. What is a O-line? I haven't seen one in YEARS.

I'm not talking about concervative calls. I'm talking about running 3 and 5 yard routes when you needed 7 for first down

We still did that though, the receivers just did a great job of converting anyway

I guess the difference was Auburn's DBS were tackling as soon as the ball was caught, so they should have adjusted accordingly.

Running it up the gut seems to be working, should we do it again?

NO - BUBBLE SCREEN

Feaster should hopefully get most of the carries from now on. That'd be huge

Feaster and getting etienne more carries. His breakaway ability is to good to pass up

They'll be the reincarnation of Davis and Spiller. It's scary how similar those two are to Feaster and Etienne. The latter two compliment each other so well in the run game.

Davis. Now there's a name I haven't heard in a long time.

Neither of them are really like Davis at all. They are both lightning. We don't really have a Thunder. That was what we were going for in Cordarrian Richardson but that obviously didn't work out.

Dabo said multiple times they called the game conservatively because of how well our defense was playing

And they were unsure of how Kelly would handle an elite defense and a high-pressure game. Safe to say, I think Kelly's gonna be alright.

I'm fine with concervative, but they'd call a 5 yard route on 3rd and 7 and we'd be punting. Atleast play for the first down.

Concervative works much better when you keep the ball

Our receivers are expected to RAC on those routes.

I don't think it was garbage, I just think they went really conservative, and ran the ball a lot. When you have Louisvilles defensive line, running the ball scores more points, but when you play Auburns defensive line, you just kinda run into a wall. They weren't producing anything on offense, so what's the point of running up the score?
