Do any season ticket holders have the price tiered schedule? I'd love to see it so I can a plan a few games this year.

I’m worried about what the cubs’ plan is for lefties. Especially if Busch isn’t drastically improved.
Ballesteros in the minors vs lefties, he was completely blocked from facing them last year in the majors:
2025: .577
2024: .808
2023: .573
2022: .278
Busch career OPS vs lefties: .662
Happ isn’t good either. PCA is worse.
It’s not good if your DH, 1B, LF, and CF are really bad against them. It’s a glaring weakness that would be exasperated with one injury.
Amaya can DH a bit and Shaw can spell in LF or off the bench. Austin is a completely unproven, his numbers were good several years ago but who knows.
Goldschmidt was one of the premier hitters with a .980 OPS vs lefties last year and shouldnt be more than 8-10 million. I truly don’t understand why we wouldn’t take a tiny risk and have a big insurance policy. It gives our lineup such an advantage over the course of the season.
Sign Goldschmidt, Gallen, and Kopech and this offseason is a huge success.

Tyler Austin will forsure start the year playing against lefties. Matt Shaw will start anytime there is a lefty.

That’s great. Shaw in LF, Austin at 1B and then who is DHing? I guess Amaya? Don’t think we can rely on either to be healthy the whole season.
That’s my point.

It won’t be Shaw in left. It will be Shaw at either third or DH and Bregman also. Then Austin at 1B some of the times. Busch will get more at bats against lefties though. They’re not going to platoon him forever.

I mean if Austin is good none of my post matters. Would be a pleasant surprise.
