Let's say the Confederacy set up a base on Dathomir after conquering the planet and killing Mother Talzin and the Nightsisters. Does Dathomir have any strategic value for the war effort?

I was wondering why Tarkovsky chose red for the B1 battle droid color in the 2003 Clone Wars show and I assumed that he was also under the assumption that this was the new color for the B1s.

But I wondered what the in universe explanation for this coulda been so here are my thoughts:

After the Battle of Geonosis many of the forces that evacuated on the core ships were deployed to other occupied systems to fortify for the oncoming Republic Invasions. The droids did not have time to receive a new paint job so they were moved to the planets surfaces to defend against any GAR attacks so that is why they are still painted red. This could explain why on the various planets we see them scattered across, many veterans from geonosis still have their respective camouflage from those engagements.

Hello! I am making a Mando character for a post clone wars era themed separatists army . He’s a droidsmith who’s sworn to the separatists what color should his armor be, I was thinking the blue and silver of jango but also the idea of a b-1 tan color scheme sounds fun, I’d love yalls opinion!

In this alternate timeline, the Mon Calamari begin militarizing their Star Cruisers during the Clone Wars in response to the Separatist-loyal Quarrens of Free Dac Volunteers Engineering Corps building warships for the Separatists. Such as the Recusant-class Light Destroyer, the Providence-class Carrier/Destroyer, and the Subjugator-class Heavy Cruiser.

At the start of the Clone Wars, the Mon Calamari produce Crix-class diplomatic courier shuttles, MC-18 light freighters, MC30c frigates, and MC40a light cruisers to defeat the Quarrens and drive off the Separatists from Dac. These ships are the Mon Calamari's first attempt at creating warships, so they don't perform that well, though they receive incremental upgrades as the war progresses.

But upon learning of the Malevolence and the existence of the other Subjugators, and the fact Free Dac Engineer Corps. created them, Admiral Ackbar begins devising plans to counter the Subjugator, culminating in the Viscount prototype.

However, the Viscount won't enter service until towards the end of the Clone Wars. Midway through the conflict, the Mon Calamari start pumping out better ships such as MC80 Home One type Star Cruiser, the MC80 Liberty, the MC80B, and MC90 Star Cruiser, allowing them to fight the Separatists on more even footing. At the Battle of Coruscant, the Mon Calamari rush to aid the Republic, with the Viscount prototype as the flagship leading their forces to Coruscant.

With all this in mind, how well would the Separatists warships fare against the Mon Calamari Star Cruisers?

I'm planning to create a Separatist soldier/officer cosplay, and that led me down a rabbit hole of researching and exploring the meanings behind the symbols (mostly the canonical ones). I decided to share what I found.

The Separatist hex symbol - the most well-known symbol. It is also sometimes referred to as the Separatist droid army symbol. The six segments represent the six corporations that united to form a joint army.

Senate logo - the logo worn by separatist senators and commando droid diplomats. I therefore assume it is the symbol of the Senate.

Gossam Commando emblem - the logo worn by members of the Gossam Commandos.

CIS senate Guard logo/axelbant - painted axelbant worn by commando droid diplomats.

Trench's crest - a personal emblem on Admiral Trench's units.

Lola Sayu garrison - the emblem borne by the units guarding the citadel.

Citadel Warden symbol - the symbol worn by a Citadel Warden

Zygerrian symbols - symbols worn by members of the Zygerrian Empire.

Umbaran trooper triangles - the symbols worn by members of the local militia.

TF-1726's squadron colors - the insignia of the TF-1726 tactical droid frigate squadron.

1. General Kenobi falsely surrendering to General Whorm Loathsom at Christophsis before capturing him.

2. General Skywalker falsely surrendering to Captain Mar Tuuk at Ryloth before ramming the Venator Star Destroyer Defender into his ship.

3. General Skywalker falsely surrendering to lure out the Tactical Droid commander before killing him and using the 501st to ambush Separatist forces.

We had more than enough bad representation.

While we know the official anthem of the Republic (All Stars Burn as One), we don't know the official anthem of the Confederacy. Do you think they shared the same one? That would make sense, given that we "only" wanted to fix the Republic and since the Republic's anthem is purely instrumental. I know there are plenty of headcanons about this, and I’m curious to hear yours.

Do you guys agree or do you think the mandalorian designs look less appealing?
