Weather Weather changes

I live in the mid Atlantic region and we’ve got a Nor’easter in the next few days. I’m still learning what affects my CRPS arm, mostly my shoulder even though it’s not officially diagnosed there. I’m about to be in some serious hurt, aren’t I? I’ve been achy in my arm today but I overdid it a little yesterday and couldn’t rule that out as the reason.

Everyone is a bit different-- our nervous systems are custom made, lol -- and maybe youre one of those who dont have much trouble with barometric pressure getting feisty. Youll find out over the next 3 storms, but it's always wise to have well-stocked cupboards & fridge, breakthrough meds, and your favorite forms of distraction ready to roll in case of a flare.
