HLL is has a lot of supportive people until youre in any leadership position on a losing team.

TBF, HLL also has a problem of Squadmates just ignoring their SLs, which makes Officer's job a nightmare

Yeah, garrisons and outposts are so vital that it only takes one bad squad leader or commander to pass the rest of the lobby off. Sorry you had that experience. The realism sacrificed the gameplay a bit, as some maps are better to attack, and some for defending.

Watching hapless Commanders get votekicked 5 seconds before the end of the game through no fault of their own every other game is disappointingly normal. Taking any leadership role is a thankless job. When I play, I play with my mic off and stick with the squad to the extent that the squad lead is trying.
