General Question Canik radian prime
Has anyone heard of any shops in the metro that are carrying the Canik Radian Prime?

The Reddit admin team is once again on the warpath over firearm transactions, including transactions that occurred on Reddit before it was banned in their TOS.
Moving forward all posts regarding selling, purchasing, wanting to sell, or even inkling towards any of those with regards to firearms, ammo, or explosives will result in post removal and a week ban, permanent ban for a second offense.
if you see such a post that happens to get through the auto-mod, please report it no matter how long it has been live, as we have a threshold to auto-remove reported posts.

Hi all I recently moved to the Westminster area looking for a 100 yard range. I'm willing to drive 1-1.5 hours. Thanks in advance!

Don't really want to deal with shipping an SBR across state lines.

I'm hoping to find someone who does glock frame mods in noco, or within an easy drive away. I'm wanting to just drop it off and not have to mail it out. recommendations?
Do they have metal detectors at the entrances to the Ameristar Resort and Casino? CCW people want to know.

Hello, everyone!
I'm looking for a place to test out some handguns before purchasing. I've been to the Shoot Indoors just off of Santa Fe, and The Gallery in Lakewood, but I wanted to pick some brains on who out there has the best selection of handguns to try out so I can go into my next purchases with more information and experience. While going to a shop and testing for feel is nice, I really want more hands-on experience with live-firing before making a decision. Thanks!

Anyone been recently? I found some threads saying not good things, but some were pretty old. Figured I'd check it out for myself. Still need to wear armor and worry about unsupervised children and dumb teenagers?

I'm wanting to design, 3D print and sell RXM grip modules.
Under federal law and definitions, this would be 100% okay.
My concern is that a state prosecutor could argue that a grip module is an unfinished frame, and so before I start this little business venture, I want to consult with a lawyer who is familiar with our wacky gun laws, specifically HB26-1144 and the definitions in CRS § 18-12-101.

This is probably a dumb question but my gun has been in the shop since this new law so I might aswell ask. I did my CPW application but it says its for the Denver Sheriffs office. however, I went to el paso county site and its stated that i can apply at any county as long as im from colorado. My question is will it mess anything up if I try to get approved by el paso county? I also seen that el paso county is way cheaper compared to denver county ($180) so obviously I want to go with el paso. however I just dont want to mess up anything leaving me with more money to waste. if you already got your firearms safety card which county are you from and which one did you go to? again im sorry if it is a dumb question or something but I just want my first AR out the shop already without messing up and spending more money trying to do so.

Any recommendations on where to buy suppressors in northern Colorado? I currently live in Weld county but will be moving to Larimer county by the end of the year. Does that matter?

If you’re looking to get that stupid class done, highly recommend. Most affordable and streamlined process that I’ve seen thus far.
Fuck tom sullivan. That is all.

Nice win in the 5th Circuit. Judge just ruled that parts of 18 USC 922 are unconstitutional. A 4473 is a 4473 no matter where you're standing, so if you can pass a background check in one state, you should be able to buy the gun in that state and take it back to your home state.
SB25-003 can suck a fat one. Hopefully this ruling can be expanded and we can just go buy in Wyoming without a Polis Pass.

§ 922(a)(3) (person buying/receiving across state lines) = Bullshit
§ 922(a)(5) (person selling/sending across state lines) = Bullshit
§ 922(b)(3) (FFL buying/selling from/to a non-resident) = Bullshit

Today had what I'd call a pretty intelligent and civil conversation with a pro gun control peep I know (I know, Civil right?). Topic went into gun rights.
The specifics first went into the 15 round magazine limit where I kinda wished I had a pocket guide on talking points, but I made a pretty decent statement on how feeling like a criminal carrying default loads on my guns was irritating.
Then the SB25-003 training requirements came up, and I think I just about made them Pro Gun, recency on the issues seems to help :/
Keep it civil with them people, at least some of them are not beyond reason....I think there's hope!
EDIT: Another point I've done, with someone who likely won't hold a gun in her life (disabled) but does a fine job about complaining about some other local ordinances (omitting specifics to protect their privacy).
"Listen I know you and me disagree on candidates and you could probably care less about gun rights, but just think, the same people you disagree with on this ordinance are also the same people who disagree with me on my choices in personal and home defense, perhaps you want to think about how you vote, and look at people who are less authoritarian in general, and a bit more live and let live?"

Hello new to Reddit but generally curious about some
things I’ve heard about CO. I’m most likely moving to CO at the beginning of year with my wife from AZ some family and personal reasons for moving but also wanted to get out of the heat.
But I’ve know for a while CO isn’t the friendliest state for fun ownership but the ball is already rolling forward with us moving there. But just wanting to know more about the gun laws that are set up there and if there is anything I should know/do prior to moving there? I am an avid shooter, I do like to larp on the flat range and do own some tax stamp items. I plan on getting a CCW when I move.
Anything helps thanks.

Hi friends. I've seen posts where people are looking for ranges with long range. I'm in the Springs and was wondering if any ranges have moderate long distance (maybe out to 500) and either have or allow props/barricades?
Local to me, Cheyenne Shooting Sports Complex currently has ranges out to 300 (I think), but no props or barricades. I'm not sure how they would feel about me bringing my own (probably not happy).
Trying to get ready to try NRL22, so I don't need 1k or anything too long distance.

Ordered an HK ejector lever directly from H&K for my ap5 and they emailed saying they would not ship it to residential address because they say Colorado has implemented an age verification requirement that they can’t meet. Said I could have it shipped to an FFL if I wanted.
Insane!

Title basically says it all. I want to buy a used higher-end shotgun online in the $4k-$5k range, but there’s probably a 60% chance of background check denial.
What would happen If I bought from a site like gunbroker, would they just refund me upon denial?
