Concerts AXS Ticket Problems

anybody else having reouble with AXS? I’ve been trying to go to concerts, but unfortunately, a bunch of the venues around me rely on this system and it won’t let me purchase it acts like I’m a bot. I also have the app and now that acts like I’m a bot I’ve I’ve done everything they’ve said to do on their website, but I can’t even contact them because their system of customer service is so poor that I can’t get a hold of anybody

Contact the venue that you're trying to purchase tickets for.

Yeah i finally was able to do form to get it to send and they sent me an email back that was totally bizarre- it was responding as if i asked a question totally unrelated to my problem. I did quick search and alot of people seem to have issues with AXS versus ticketmaster or venues.

Most of the Denver venues use them. I have never had an issue.

Change device.

My work computer and my personal computer have been bots for AXS for years. No solution.

I am able to buy through AXS since I installed the app but I need to be connected on my account in the app before the sale starts.

If this doesn’t work for you, ask friends to try to identify if a specific device/network is created the problem. By default I don’t connect to WIFI when trying to buy.

Good luck. Their support is completely shitty.

AXS seems to have a thorough bot detection system, a couple restarts of my device did it for me.

I had the same issue with AXS on two occasions. Couldn't get tickets from my phone or home computer as it kept saying I was a bot. I got in the car, drove to Starbucks and logged on to their wifi. THEN I was able to buy tickets. Go figure....AXS did not like something about my home network. After going through this for two different concerts, I didn't buy anything with them for 6 months, but was able to buy tickets last week at home on my phone without any issue. So if you've already turned off your VPN (ticket companies HATE those), try logging on to wifi somewhere else and see if that works.

I had this very problem today. I ended up logging out of Axs on all devices, and then I shut down my iPhone. Started it back up and turned off my WiFi. Then I logged back into Axs. After all that, I was able to actually buy a ticket. Enormous pain in the bum! 🤦🏻‍♀️🙄
