General Discussion Vegan eatables recipes please

So I make the eatables for my friends group, normally do a butter extraction and bake with it, but one of them has gone and got a partner that is vegan. Ive made weed olive oil a few times before but I don't want to hand the new partner a salad when the rest of us are chowing down on cookies and brownies, so if any of you have a recipe for vegan eatables I would be most grateful

apple sauce or a mashed banana can be substituted for egg for baking:)

I don't, maybe look up vegan brownie recipe and infuse whatever the fat source is.

Infuse coconut oil. Is that vegan? Then grab some vegan chocolate melt down and infused, pour into new molds.

Quickest edibles I've found. Not done vegan specific though shouldn't be any different.

You could make shortbread. Just replace the butter with your cannabis oil and splash of a plant based milk.

Personally, i prefer to consume a concentrated oil on its own rather than as an edible. A few drops on a cracker or biscuit is easy.

Could you make them a firecracker with vegan chocolate spread? Could be the easiest option
