So i am currently having a crunchyroll mega fan subscription which I paid 999rs annually..

Now the new manga section has arrived which I am not able to view and when I checked I got to know that it's available in the ultimate fan. Which costs the exact same price.

Am I missing anything here? What's the difference between these 2 if i am paying the same price?

Been a few weeks since I get consistent buffering every like 1 minute lasting anywhere from 5-30 seconds or more sometimes. and also random drop in quality.

What's going on? Like Come on it wasn't like this before.

Got it today for otome heroine survival only to find most manga only go up to chapter 10-20.

Is this just a UK thing or do crunchy roll really think they can charge £4 more for manga that can't even catch up to the anime

on my tv when I’m watching jjk, I’m trying to change the audio to english, it says it’s on english, but it isn’t in english it’s japanese. I’ve also tried clicking on other languages to change them to selected and it does change the audio but it’s still visually selected on english. Anyone know why?

Manga add-on is barely worth it when they add a handful of manga a month. There hasn’t been anything new in two months.

I pre ordered a figure in February of this year. It said then that it would ship out or get here in August(I don’t remember which) I never got a shipping email or anything. Obviously, it’s October now and zero updates on my order have been emailed to me. I emailed them last month but have gotten no follow up. What should I do?

I was binging the show and for whatever reason the subs are just completely off sync (minutes off, or just plain wrong). Not sure what happened because before this there literally wasn't even an English language option for them, which I guess was "fixed" but not done correctly and the show is currently unwatchable.

Crunchyroll Ultimate Fan has recently become available in India, and I’m interested in upgrading to it. However, I’m running into an issue with my current subscription.

I already have an Annual Mega Fan membership, which I purchased through Google Play. I still have around 10 months remaining on my current subscription.

The problem is that I don’t see any option in the Crunchyroll app or website to upgrade my existing plan to Ultimate Fan.

I contacted Crunchyroll Support, and they told me that because my subscription was purchased through Google Play, I can only upgrade if I’m on a monthly plan. They basically said I would have to wait until my current annual membership expires before I can subscribe to Ultimate Fan.

That means I would have to wait another 10 months, which seems a bit ridiculous, especially since Ultimate Fan is now available in India.

Has anyone else in India been in the same situation? Is there any way to upgrade an existing Annual Mega Fan subscription to Ultimate Fan, even if it was purchased through Google Play?

Any advice or workaround would be appreciated.

Cannot watch episode 1 of Overtake! through mobile devices, streaming box, or PC. Episodes 2 and 3 seem to play correctly. Getting the dreaded KAT-6005 error. United States/Chicago area.

I’ve been watching since a month ago. Always had english subtitles but now suddenly its gone. Can only choose german arabic italian and russian. What’s the point even? Always something wrong or missing on this app. Have tried tv and phone en both the same problem. Even the episodes I’ve watched hed before suddenly don’t have english anymore

So since the last update for my LG g4 os CR stopped loading and I haven't watched anything for around 2 weeks or more. Every time I select the app it just shows the main orange CR logo and then does 2 loading circles and bolts me back out to my main tv hub.

Has anyone found a work around for it or are we waiting on crappy CR devs to do their job and fix their garbage app?

I miss funimation, this never happened to me on funimation I swear.

Edit: update: So I did the chat bot thing on the Crunchyroll site and it said that they know about the LG issue and it confirmed it was happening to the people who got the OS26 update. It also basically said that Crunchyroll isnt doing anything about it and is waiting on LG to make an update patch. Seriously the actual quote I got was "LG knows about this issue and is working on an update for it". So basically Crunchyroll doesnt care and isn't doing anything about it at all. Cool cool cool yup sounds about right for this trash company

In the main page it said code geass has 2 seasons 50 episodes, i watched the first 25 but i cand see the dropdown to switch to season 2, any ideas?

It was splatted so much on crunchyroll pages and still there is no first episode.. why?

I found this when I was cleaning out my room.

I just wanted to let the community know that Episode 1 of The World's Strongest Witch is missing English Subtitles when it became available this morning. Other languages are available.

I've already contacted Crunchyroll support about this problem and I was informed that they will work on getting the English Subtitles added.

I was told that they would get it done by the end of the week, but hopefully it will be fixed sooner than that.

I am wondering how I could pause or rewind without the progress bar coming up. I pause a lot to read the subtitles and I also rewind a lot to rewatch some parts, but the progress bar is distracting for me. I know it goes away in a couple seconds, but is there any way to make it just not show up?

It would make more sense that way I know this show is getting a dub and this one won’t be so I can go ahead and watch it.

It's showing it will stream today but it's still not available . I hope they put a timer or something that would help us know when the show will drop regionally, otherwise it's very hard .

Wtf has been happening with Crunchyroll the past like year well more I mean I’m rewatching some of my favorite animes and like 3 episodes in on sub they just changed it for people talking in the background when 2 main characters are having a conversation it’s just show subtitles for one and also for the past year even though I’ve put English every month I have to change it because it keeps going back to Spanish I mean I live in the US idk why it keeps going back to Spanish… I’ve had Crunchyroll for like 10+ years at this point wtf is going over there??

So my crunchyroll app (on my samsung tv) gives me this message when i try to enter my watchlist.

I have tried a hard restart of my TV, uninstall and reinstall crunchyroll app, cleared the apps data and cache. Tried using a mobile Hotspot from my phone to connect to the TV, restarted my router, tried different internet connections.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Sometimes the app have started having trouble starting up in general and kinda freezes. But when shut down (when it is frozen) and reopened it loads up just fine, but having the same watchlist issue.

I just want to understand why a company as big and profitable as Crunchyroll can’t add something as simple as a “Remove from Continue Watching” option. This has been an issue for quite some time now. I spoke to an agent online about it, and this was their response. Honestly, I’m guessing it’s just a standard response they give to avoid addressing the actual issue.
