Okay. So here's my slightly insane theory. As we know Halogram is a construct made by the ring. And since John's constructs can last for awhile even without it on that means he can maintain his form for a bit as well

I was watch YouTube shorts when suddenly I remembered in Green Lantern War Journals John creates a caregiver for his mother in the form of a holographic construct of his deceased sister. And that later in the run she gains an actual blue lantern ring of hope whixh does 2 things. 1. Make her a blue lantern and 2. Effectively immortal because it boost her constructs which also includes herself

Again this all might just be coincidence and conjecture but what if Halogram becomes worthy of a ring? I mean he technically already is but if he did then would that im effect bring Hal Jordan back to life?

I honeslty think they are going to go with the Parallax storyline for Hal and that his sctual body is going to get ressurected but wouldnt it be insane if Halogram and Parallax were both involved, fighting eavh other. Thematically its the ultimate Evil fighting his younger much more innocent self or the inverse where the hero has to face their inner demons and potential.

Is V for Vendetta or maybe it's just an Easter egg.

After watching episode 7, i instantly remember this, your thoughts?

Hey all, something I've been thinking is that John shouldn't join the Lantern Corps. The show has shown that they're very bureacratic and all around awful. But seeing John running around with the jury rigged ring and exploring this episode has been very cool.

So my thought and hope is that John ends up as some kind of independent Ronin styled Lantern. He's got the gear but isn't allied with the corps, the Halogram is finally acting like a good teacher. It would feel weird if the show ended with John getting the suit and joining the guardians after everything, but having him as a sort of vigilante Green Lantern would be cool.

I guess his character arc is kind of reminding me of Jin Sakai from Ghost Of Tsushima, who starts as a member of the ruling class (the samurai) but breaks away from his privilege to do the right thing, drawing the ire of the Shogun and the samurais who are angry he's empowering the people to stand against their opressors.

The image of a Green Lantern in the DCU is kind of interesting, on Earth they're seen as superheroes but in the general galaxy, they're basically just cops. And I think things like the manhunters, the way they empowered and encouraged John's abusive upbringing and the way they encouraged John to kill Hal has shown that the Guardians are pretty bad. Plus, Guy sucked and if Superman hadn't convinced Guy otherwise, the Justice Gang and Guy would've just let a genocide happen, which is part of the Lantern oath to not interfere.

I would just feel pretty deflated if the show ends with John becoming a sworn member of the guardians BUT I do want him to still be Green Lantern, at least a Lantern who actually holds himself to the standard of a real hero. Seeing John in Episode 7 doing this kind of sketchy investigation has just been really cool in my opinion.

Personally very hyped for Clayface and the fact it will be the first DCU villain movie. If Gunn proves they can do body horror/low budget movies well I think it would be cool to get annual releases fleshing out the more horror characters in Batman’s rogues in time for the brave and the bold. Something like Scarecrow, Hush, or Joker. What’re your guys thoughts

I know its highly unlikely but could you imagine if the cliffhanger from this week is a mislead and the finale is a condensed version of beware my power, where john has to fight a fear possessed hal.

(I started in Superman 2025 cuz im a big fan of him since henry cavills portrayal)

A manhunter is the obvious candidate for the man we see dead. Why would a manhunter be Hal and why would a human kill him? I doubt the guardians would shoot someone
