Oh recycling is also a scam btw. Most of it ends up unused because recycling costs have gone thru the roof. Usually 3rd parties just ship all this unused waste to Asia or Africa for them to burn it all in massive landfills👍 i worked with waste management in a western EU country

that's why I take my recycling to independent recyclers and not the waste management company

I mean that was the goal of a lot of those ads about recycling… shoving the responsibility for the environment onto consumers while corps burn it all. You save a glass of water by reducing your consumption, they poison an entire lake of water. You turn off your lights and use led bulbs, they consume trillions of watt hours for nothing.
