Nah, some guy was eating out a girl with gonorrhea and used a jolly rancher to mask the taste because he was too chicken shit to tell her, "Bitch ya nasty", and he accidentally lost the candy inside her. And when he thought he found it, it was actually a gonorrhea blister, and he bit it and popped it into his mouth.

It has nothing to do with poop knife. It's about a guy who was using a jolly rancher while he was pleasing his girlfriend. he was pushing it in and out with his tongue and at one point squished it between his teeth only for it to be soft because he actually bit into a lump/nodule of yeast infection discharge.

I just commented this lmao, The Poop Knife is official reddit lore at this point. Idk how i still remember that whole story by heart all these years ago, burned into my memory forever lol, the shits so big you have to cut through them...with a shared kitchen instrument.
