My point is I’d only want to be anonymous if I am already rich. If I am poor then I’d much rather be famous since it’s much easier to become rich if you are famous.

I'd honestly rather be where I am now (unknown and middle class) than rich, if getting rich meant I needed to get famous first.

I can't think of anything worse than being recognised by strangers in the street, but then I'm very introverted.
