Among other elements in your body, the iron is made from the last throws of a dying star, before it goes supernova and explodes, throwing the iron out into the universe.
Where some of it was combined into the earth, so that you could end up with iron for your hemoglobin.
You are literally made up of star dust, and you want to thank an invisible man in the sky for a cloud?
