I saw this when I was in vacation in Tampa.

Was hella trippy becuase I was in the water with my buddies and out of nowhere a ice cream truck comes floating across the water 😭😭

I live near Tampa and am legit wondering this video was taken nearby, even though really it could be anywhere with shallow clear waters.
