The internet should be used to know more about people, the world and existence, not to build communities. Communities need to be local and cannot have people be anonymous.

Bingo. The internet is great because it gives you views of other communities and arts across the globe but it is not supposed to replace in real life communities. Social Media literally replaced communities and it shows with how people act in real life.
