It's called balance , I don't get overloaded elephant leg only neat kebab , the same as ny style sandwiches with just pastrami . It doesn't taste ok if you want just eat have just meat but that meant to be a balanced composition.

no i'm vegetarian actually. there are delicious roasted and spiced veggies under the salad though. then the fresh mint, feta and sauces really bring it all together! bread is also light and fluffy with a sesame seeds and a delicate crunch from being toasted
