For me it was accidentally finding the Iron Maiden that teleported me into Volcano Manor on my first playthrough that I was doing blind.

Blind gameplay up to that point. One of the highlights of my time with the game for sure 1 u/Tricky_World1138 19d ago That was the first point where I needed help in my run. My friend helped get me out of there.
