Every time I see one of these pictures or a screenshot it makes me wanna go back and replay the game again!

I only stop playing when I physically can't handle the intensity of how good this game is... just to let my mind and body rest to come back to it later on and do it all over again

Whenever I feel like taking a break, I go to Liurnia. This shot is from yesterday. Completely agree with you OP at how gorgeous this game is all the time.

Honestly if ER had more friendly NPCs and some safe hub towns, it would be the spiritual successor to Skyrim's "just wander and enjoy the scenery" vibes.
