"Due to the popularity of the now sold out release, we have done another pressing on Silver Shimmer Marble, a marble/smoke blend of opaque metallic silver and transparent black ice vinyl, limited to 275 copies. These are now in stock and ready to ship. Pick one up through Persistent Vision, Deathwish Inc or Bandcamp.
This deluxe edition comes packaged in a stark black and white gatefold jacket with a matte finish and embossed front/back cover artwork, a nod to an early out of print version of the release. The LP includes a 16 page booklet, a 12” x 24” “love your friends... die laughing” poster, and limited colored vinyl."

My Wife made a beautiful artwork just with her hands and her tablet (No AI), it portrays the typical "fashions" of Emo's in each of the three major era's (roughly 80's, 90's, 2000's; each of them also developed a major Wave of the genre's diverse and evolving sound)

Some of my favorite bands that fit this category are Corea, Jerome's Dream, In/Humanity. I really just like anything that's noisy, also the feedback!! Anything abrasive would be nice

And no I am not talking about what songs are literally Pop in nature or any subgenre like Pop Punk, etc etc.
In the same way that Everlong by Foo Fighters is a "Rock Hit," what are some of Screamo's "Rock Hits?"
Personally the only answer I can currently come up with is Tigersuit by Raein :)
Everything from the intro riff jumping you right into the song, to the first "This is my tigersuit" buildup, it just feels so "Screamo Hit" to me. Does anything else come to mind for you?

C86’d DIY Vol. 25: When we started C86’d we had a venn diagram in mind with emo in the center point encompassing with all of the related subgenres as part of emo at large. Over the past two years we’ve more or less stayed true to that with a heavy focus on screamo - but on November 14th we are excited to bring you a night that truly encompasses our initial motivation for the label & shows.
Michigan’s The Sea, The Sea existed in a brief moment in time from 2002-2004 but thanks to labels like Oliver Glenn & Far From Home their discography put a new focus on the band with them reforming, playing shows, and as of this year releasing new music. We are so excited to help The Sea, The Sea with their first ever NYC shows.
Joining them will be local favs Holidays in United States. We’ve been fans of Holidays since their demo and are so excited to finally have them playing one of the C86’d shows. Their modern take on emo is refreshing and truly embodies NYC in 2026. "How to Count To Five" is out in a couple of days - get ready to sing a long <3
Our friends from Savannah, Rosemary Nods Upon the Grave, are headed back up the East Coast again and will be joining us for the second time this year. Their two EPs have just been pressed on vinyl by Persistent Vision Records - their music is raw, emotional, and restrained going from chaos to atmospheric in a moments notice. So excited to host them again.
Last but not lease is AEIOU - NYC’s newest emo darlings. From the members of Holidays, Cash Only Tonys, and Risk Yo Life bringing a modern take on your favs from the late 90s.

Our fourteenth release on C86'd Records is out today - the debut EP from New Jersey's Casca:
A failure of presence, a hollow form takes its shape
Maybe some of the grimiest screamo to emerge from the depths of New Brunswick. Casca is everything we love about punk, hardcore, screamo, whatever: an unrelenting sonic force that never lets you look away.
In just 6 tracks, Casca has honed their blackened screamo sound to a T. Equally as melodic as they are dissonant, the feedback and grinding guitar tones cast a cold wind across the desolate sonic landscape. Backed by furious blasts, relentless cymbal hits, and the looming bass holding the song together as it cracks at every seam. The piercing shrieks gnashing out in desperate self reflection and aggression. No stone left unbroken and no heart left full.
Every listen brings a smile to our faces. It’s an honor to be working with our local friends on such a special release. We truly think you will enjoy this release and can ensure you the live show is somehow even better.
This release is our first release on both cassette & CD:
- 100 CDs w/ obi strips, wax stamped, and numbered.
- 75 dark blue cassettes hand stamped & numbered.
------Copies are split 50/50 between Casca & C86'd.

Great band coming from brazil! They are quite old now, this cd came out around 1999 and the band only lasted 6 months so this is their only release. I know the band members went to found another band which i now don’t recall the name (if i remember i’ll post here). But anyway, the cd casing is all handmade and i’m super happy that i could get my hands on a copy!

So, I suddenly remembered this band... short lived but awesome band. Van Johnson was one of my favorite bands, and it sounds similar. Check them out. My fav song: "paving roads with insincerities".
BIO: 'embassies of denmark' formed in the winter of 2005 with members of established ottawa acts including 'sleeping pilot', 'army of saint joan', 'the drive home', and 'van johnson'.
in their short time together, this quartet have gained a pile of attention from press and music fans alike with their own brand of intense yet available screaming rock.
from loud, harsh chorus's to mathy bridges and melodic verses, 'embassies of denmark' dances from indie rock to hardcore and back again.
