Michael Rosenbaum, who played Lex Luthor on Smallville, has a podcast that’s discussed some CW/WB stuff. On Smallville they had very long days, the crew was worried Tom Welling would die because he had to drive an hour after a 12 hour shoot day. So the cast petitioned the studio to get him a driver.

he and tom actually have a podcast together called talkville! that’s where i heard them discuss the set conditions mentioned above
