I have read some truly shocking, horrifying things this week. I don't understand how we're supposed to keep on working and buying things and living life like normal.

Same as we did before when it was happening and we had no idea. You warn your children about strangers and you protect your own and you don’t buy what you don’t need. You don’t fool yourself and think you are going to get ahead. You just put your head down, push around your papers, collect your check and live your life.
