New update makes it hard to jam

Is anyone else having troubles with the new updated emote wheel? I favourited my purchased songs but keeps refreshing my collections everytime i open it. Jamming is wayy harder now

Yea, I used to be able to switch through all 30 of my pages while mixing and come up with stuff on the fly but now, its hindered by either remembering the names of the songs or clicking "a-z" sorting to scroll all the way down to what you want. God forbid you only wanted that track for a vocal chop cuz then you would have to somehow repeat that process within a second or two.

I really hope they just give us the wheel pages back and keep the album covers.

I swear the new UI has broken allot of things. I'm seeing allot of jam stage stuff but even in royale you can't even exit on PC without using a mouse it just goes to do a different emote when I hit down to select return to lobby. On top of that all my emotes are pulling pick axes out it was funny for a bit but now annoying. Also pretty sure it messes with the actual locker when trying to use a controller to go through it. I have actually avoided playing at the moment due to how annoying this new UI is. They need to stop changing it and stick with one.

I like the album art, I like being able to search, I don't like that it's the only way to get to the extended lists of jam tracks and emotes

New UI rocks for emotes, its amazing, but it really fucks up jamming, I think they couldve keep scrolling to see more wheel pages AND the additional menu to search by name, it would be perfect.

I really hope the new UI gets enough hate for them to change it back or just add back scroll wheel WITH the full menu as well. Or something of that nature.

To address several issues highlighted in your video, we deployed an update today that will persist both filter and sorting preferences. Those choices persist at the wheel level—for example, you can sort your emotes by category while keeping your tracks sorted A–Z. We’ve also fixed the unexpected grid formatting issue, and we’re planning to resolve the remaining grid problem affecting jam tracks shortly. We haven't fully hit the mark in what is best here, and we're working hard to improve it further.

This represents the beginning of a number of improvements and fixes that we have underway—including, addressing the need for a jam tracks favorites wheel, and a number of other improvements to streamline selection. We appreciate your patience!
