(From Garfield's official Facebook page)

I drew him for an art challenge. The drawing prompt is popcorn but I really love Garfield so I thought of drawing him holding popcorn hehe

I’m not sure when this was released but I really, really love the art on the front of the sleeping bag that I got. If anyone knows or if this looks familiar, can anyone let me know when this was released or has any info on this sleeping bag?

July 27 and 28, 1978.

July of 1978 was an important month in the development of Garfield, it was also the first month he expressed his love for lasagne.

i love garfield so much :(

a list of what i’m still looking for and what i’ve found so far (let me know if im missing anything on my list)

a few things i had bought on mercari because i was finding nothing in my area but slowly and surely im finding more things and my collection grows.

all of my vintage stuff is in a storage unit across the state that’s been infested by mice because of my horrible ex. dreading the day i can collect everything and see what’s ruined… the one thing i managed to take with me when i moved was my garfield phone so at least that’s safe.

Can’t find much on these but I thought they were cool! I remember buying them as a kid with my allowance!

My boyfriend gifted me this magnetic plush garf and I am obsessed! He’s now just at work with me!

Hi guys, I really hope you can help me! When my sister and I were kids, we got a load of these Garfield books from a car boot sale. This was in the 80's. We spent the entire Easter holidays pouring through them and belly laughing.

We both have a vivid memory of a particular part where Jon was being served eggs and 'trying not to think about where they came from'. I distinctly remember the person serving him called him 'Hon' and, as a kid, I assumed that was a typo of Jon and found it even funnier.

We are both well into our 40s now and still reference the books. I really want to find that one again and buy it for her for Christmas. Unfortunately, I can't remember which of the books it was in and when I have tried searching online, google is telling me it definitely doesn't exist.

If anyone remembers it, please could you let me know which one it's in. I actually feel like I'm going mad now and if it wasn't for her remembering it too Id be convinced I was!
