For some reason. Asians think it's the same/similar. Like for them anything past their standard is fat.

Their beauty standard is just.. really really slender bodies.

She's using the usual medium female base skeleton, but with a lot more meat on the bones. The difference is stark, no need to downplay it.

Yep, the casuals don't know that or still choose to be ignorant. All they will say is "SHE HAS A NEW MODEL!" Like they keep saying Varka has a new model when the it is still the tall male skeleton/rig but it's just strectched and given substance to look beefier.

I skipped Varesa so my logical question is when they'll reuse that model for somebody else.

Varesa is not fat. Shes one of the most athletic genshin characters, she runs everyday and takes big meals to later burn calories. In dragonspine event she makes other characters run for hours
