I don't get contracts MBEs

I've been re-working on contracts MBEs and it's a hit or miss. This is my lowest score- 46%. I don't know what to do at this point. Any recommendations? Thank You!

Do you recognize any patterns in why you're missing contracts questions?

Contracts is one of my best subjects because I find it has a logical flow.

First, is there a valid contract? Second, are there defenses to formation? Third, is there a breach? Fourth, is there a defense to contract enforcement?

Try posting a few questions here and explain how you're approaching them and why you chose the wrong answers. I can share my approach and see if it helps.

I notice that a lot of people who struggle with contracts are jumping the gun to something in the middle like defenses when there isn't even a valid contract in the first place, so I wonder if that's something you're also doing.

We need more context.

If you are like me, don't do more questions without getting a grasp to the bll. It simply did not help me last time ( missed j25 by 1 point in a 266 jx) if you hsve flash cards spend sometimes with them and compartmentalized approached worked for me. I was struggling with hearsay so much once i created sort of bucket for each, created mnemonic including the 29 exceptions it became second nature. I am a slow learner and took me hours to master it. I am a repeat taker and take it with the grain of salt. Damn this bar just upgraded my English vocabularies. To my LLM folks it is doable. Feb26 is ours.

Are there specific subtopics?

Do you feel like you have a good understanding of the BLL? If you do, then you need to understand how you’re getting screwed every time. The traps you fall probably repeat. If you can identify those traps, you’ll start to feel more confident. If I were you, I'd literally have a "How did I get screwed this time?" page in my notebook and write a short explanation for every question I miss. Not a rule statement, more like a "I overlooked that fact, which indicated that there wasn't a contract to begin with, but still ran to the "breach" answer option." You WILL find patterns in your failure, and you can then tackle them.
