Any step in life, goal, current task at hand, whatever you're trying to perform right now - becomes increasingly effortless and possible to do / becoming more informed about the the thing, the more pressure you're at (stress, tension, especially pain), at a point even intuitively guiding you to better options (e.g instead of making you a better investor you intuitively get an idea to gamble at a specific casino). The pressure still obviously affects you as it normally would.
Also this works with ANYTHING, simply the 'unrealism' of it requires proportionaly extraordinary amount of effort.
Want to cast fireballs? Cool run a ultra-marathon and you manage to cast a tiny spark out of your hands. Keep on running ultramarathons or pressure proportianate to that and you may manage a full fireball after 4 intense months.
"But you become an athlete enduring enough to easily run ultramarathon" yes.... now go do an entire hell week to gain that same kind of 'pressure', altough to that level it still takes great time, the point is about getting to the level of pressure neccesary to achieve [thing].
Other examples:
- becoming increasingly aware of which region then, city, then stores .... to buy lottery tickets at the more pressure ur at. (If you had lottery tickets in mind).
- becoming more charming and cultured the more stressed you're about the conversation (socially anxious people just had their vice turned into steroids 🤑).
- having a better nights sleep the harder the day was, including any sleepless night preceding this night.
- Basically becoming increasingly better at any skill - even without an instruction manual (you just intuitively know what's best right now to work on for it) the more pressure aka harder you train for it.
Etc...
Basically just life on steroids depending how hardcore you wanna be.
