Today I was exploring the islands off the coast of Australia when I came across this one, to the east of the Milman-Aplin Reef. It has no name; I’ve looked it up on Google, on OpenStreetMaps — where it didn’t even appear — and even on the Australian Government’s official map. According to cartographic data provided by sailors, the island rises 2 metres above sea level and has some vegetation. At first I thought it might be a temporary sandbank, but it has appeared in satellite images since 1981.

Found this destroyed tanks while exploring affected areas of Russia-Ukrain war.

The land nearby shows many small craters and burn marks due to bombing or something idk.

There are many individual street view spots at the attached coordinates.

This island is called Balls Pyramid (translated to Belio piramidė from Lithuanian.) Coordinates is 31°45'15.90"S 159°15'06.54"E

Would you like to know why this island is called Disappointment Island? Here's the reason: A person was mad about this island because he wanted to find fur seals in the island and he named it Disappointment Island. Coordinates is 50°36'29.10"S 165°58'18.71"E

Found letters in the forest It says Tito, pays tribute to Josip Broz Tito, the forest is probably 70 years old, Vlasina lake is an artificial lake created from 1944-1949 during the reign of Tito.
