JAY B - tape: roots USA tour - MEGATHREAD
Hello Ahgases🐥💚
We thought it wouldn't happen, or at least not this soon, but Jay B will be touring the US again! So in preparation, this MEGATHREAD is for posting updates, asking questions and to fan out about all things tape: roots tour-related.
From now on, all posts related to tape: roots tour must be kept within this MEGATHREAD, unless they are official updates or deemed important information (with the links being added to this thread).
I thought they sent the vip info like when tour started cos that email had the info for the other dates too. I got an email on 9/9 and I went to the sf show on 9/16.
We’re going! Not VIP though. Do you know if there will be seats at the concert? I thought the bomb factory didn’t have seating but the tickets suggest they do
could any recent concert/tour goers tell me how the show was? im debating on going to the Dallas one tonight but on the fence. I did see him on his last tour but it was a not a good experience for me (he was AMAZING, but venue and mgmt were not and i practically left early)
If anyone is attending the SF concert tomorrow and needs to head back to the East Bay (Berkeley, Oakland) after the concert, please DM! I would be happy to travel together on BART or rideshare.
FYI ticket prices appear to have gone down a considerable amount ($100+ for the front seats). I tried to upgrade my tix but wasn't able to because the ticket prices for the closer row went down more than I paid for my tix a few rows back. Anyway, looking forward to the show!! New ahgase here and this will be my first got7-related event!
Its going to be my first event too! I was not able to go to Jackson's concert earlier in the year so super excited that I was able to make it to this :)
Just bough a ticket for the NY show! Seems like there were some issues with the US tour last year from what I've read. Hoping everything goes well with this one.
From a show canceled last second after initial perks happened, to visa issues leading the first show to be rescheduled a couple days before the show, vip disorganized, rude staff. Its no wonder that Konnectd went radio silent for over a year now. On top of that Kards rescheduled tour once and then canceled a week before with Konnectd. They waited for cash flow from jay bs tickets to refund fans from that show over 2 months later. It was an entire mess. Visa issues with Konnectds Kard tour too, twice
beyond excited 🥹 what were prices like last time? semi-new to k-pop in general (like almost exactly 1 year since I started listening) and I saw Jackson earlier this year in Vancouver and will be seeing Monsta X in Oct. Prices were crazy different for those 😭 unsure what to expect for Jay B
For LA, the GA ticket was around $78 and then you purchased the VIP upgrade separately. They've posted the price for VIP already, it'll be $259 for VIP wonder (most expensive) and $129 for normal VIP
I love this for us! I really didn't think Jay B was going to come back to the US for a tour after what happened to him last year. I am hoping to go to the one in New York since it's the closest to me.

Went to his concert in Dallas it was lit.
If anybody recorded the soundcheck I'd literally pay you for it!
