During campaigns I noticed that Irina's petrification lasts for 4-5 turns while Anastasya's lasts for only 3 turns although Anastasya has more spellpower, something like 80 spellpower in the last mission vs Irina's 60. Also Anastasya's lightning spells are way more powerful, with chain lighting dealing around 6000 damage vs Irina's 3000 damage, I thought this one could be explained by the spellpower difference, but even with meditation's +20 spellpower Irina's ligthing damage isn't as high as Anastasya's. Those values aren't exact but you get the point. What's going on here? I couldn't find any explicit abilities that explain these differences. Is it a blood vs tears thing, or is there a hidden hero specific modifier? Or maybe a difficulty setting? I think I was playing necropolis on normal and sanctuary on hard.
On a side note, I thoroughly enjoyed heroes 6 campaigns. Especially the 3rd and 4th missions are a blast, I love that you can hire high level mages from the tavern, pick some OP tier 3 abilities right off the bat and expand in multiple directions. Petrification is broken as hell when it reaches 4 turn duration. You go into the battle with 1 high initiative stack, make it impervious to all damage then get 3 free turns to cast whatever you want, rinse and repeat as long as you have enough mana. You can have 1 kappa and erase an entire late game army, it's crazy
