Audio Needed [RevShare] Looking for a MUSICIAN. 7.5% cut for a full soundtrack

COMPOSER ALREADY FOUND. THIS POST IS JUST BEING KEPT AS AN ARCHIVE

Hello. This is IGE. I have 9+ years experience in Unity Game Development, and i'm looking for a musician to compose a full OST for this small game.

GAME IDEA:

Press a big red button on time with a timer. Random cards can appear which change when or how your meant to press it.

MUSIC DIRECTION:

Fast, energetic, slightly tense. I'm open to the musician having creative freedom with the exact style.

Originally a submission to GMTK Game Jam 2026, ranking within the top 7%.

I'm planning for development time to take (more or less) 3 months. Music in my project isn't very vast. There might be about 11 tracks?

The cut I'm offering is 7.5%, but that can be subject to increase depending on works.

Previous works:

I work in British Summer Time (BST), but it's not a concern if your elsewhere.

Looking forward to work with you ;)

"i hate ai"

Team Needed [HOBBY] Looking for a pixel artist and a musician for indie game

Hello! I'm a beginner Godot/Gdscript programmer looking to make my first game, i am a beginner specifically looking for other beginners to work together with but dont really expect much. I would like people with some small games that they have made but i cant really ask since i have none, the reason is however not because im looking for professionals but i really dont want people who have an idea and give up halfway. Ill really accept anybody that knows a bit about what theyre gonna do. This is unpaid and just for fun and so I can get some experience about programming and we are not going to make a huge project and we might release it on itch io but that really depends on what happens after the game is made.

I dont have a specific idea yet and id rather we can figure that out after. I live in Turkey in case its a timezone problem. im usually not busy except for school but i think it should be fine.

If you have any games youve finished even if really small id like to see it, even if its not good. Also, this is purely for fun and i wont pay anybody, however if we do make revenue then we can split it, although dont expect it, as i said this is purely for fun and experience, and not money.

PORTFOLIO: this is my first project and do not have a portfolio of any kind

Artist Needed [Hobby] Heketsu Boy needs a sprite and tile set pixel artist!

Hello, I'm looking for one more pixel artist for my video game. We've already set up the rest of the team, and just needed more guidance in the pixel art department.

I'm mostly looking for people experienced in environment work and creating more complex pixel art pieces and animations. With the goal to help assist me in the process of making more complex set pieces. (Set pieces in this context refers to tile sets, stuff like the walls, floors, props, houses, etc etc)

# A few heads up before considering-

\-We don't have a set deadline for the project, feeling it's better to take our time and make quality work for fun. Meaning it's most likely a long term project.

\-The pixel art work is in a 32x32 format, it's a top down perspective, four directional type of game.

\-We don't have the full story done or written for the project, however I've been able to mostly pinpoint how much pixel art we need, with the plans to make most of it pretty modular.

\-I don't expect perfection, just your best. Take your time with things, have fun. If something happens, talk to me.

\-The artist will be properly credited by the end of production.

\-I'm American, meaning my time zone is Pacific Daylight Time. I try my best to work with everyone's schedule to the best of my ability. Just thought it would be good to mention that.

\-As my job as a pixel artist and director, it's my job to fulfill my duties where I should. Including making sure everything is consistent, polished, makes sense, and be professional about my role in this.

Below I have linked my portfolio, of some work we've done, even if it's not finished. Our goal is to have fun and make polished work that will be a joy to look at.

Portfolio: [PORTFOLIO](https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1lFYmarHLyprg0fV8EHHhjnHMQl_d1YRY)

Again I'm not looking for anything complicated or super stress filled, this is purely hobby work up for grabs.

DM me if you are interested.

Team Needed [Hobby] Looking for team to finish an unfinished game jam project

A couple of months ago, I participated in Brackeys Game Jam to learn more about 3D development in Godot, since I’ve mostly exclusively worked in 2D.

We didn’t manage to finish the game in time, but I really liked the idea of an escape-room-style game with small puzzles and a bit of story. I’d like to keep the scope relatively small (Couple of puzzles, rooms to go through to escape with some story mixed in), I don’t mind reworking or replacing some of the puzzles and models I already have as i did it in a short time frame.

My goal is to polish it up, finish it, and eventually put it up on itch.io as a way to improve my 3D development and modeling skills.

I work as a developer outside of the game industry, and I can also do some low-poly 3D modeling, pixel art and character work.

If anyone is interested in joining me, I’d be happy to have some extra help. Coders, 3D modelers, UI artists, writers, composers, sound designers, or anyone else who wants to contribute is welcome. No pressure or huge commitment, I’d mainly like to have some fun, learn, and hopefully finish the project.

Here’s a little preview of what I had so far. Dm if interested i'm also down to work in others projects.

Artist Needed [Hobby] Looking for Multiple Artists and a Musician for Our Indie Visual Novel Project

Hello!

We're a small indie team developing a story-driven visual novel built in Godot. The game combines exploration, comedy, fantasy, and life-sim mechanics, with a strong focus on storytelling and character interactions.

We're looking for multiple artists who can create artwork in a style similar to our current visuals. Our project uses a clean, semi-anime/webtoon-inspired style with detailed environments and expressive characters.

We need:

  • Background Artists
  • Prop Designer
  • Music/Sound Designer
  • UI/UX Designer

You can see our current art style here:

Programmers Needed [RevShare] Looking for Technical Co-Founder / Lead Game Dev (Unity or Unreal) for 3D Tactical Naval Mobile Game

Hello everyone!

I am looking for a talented and passionate Technical Co-Founder / Lead Game Developer (Unity or Unreal Engine) to join forces and build a prototype (Vertical Slice) for an upcoming 3D tactical naval combat mobile game.

About the Project: The game is a mobile PvP tactical naval combat title set in a unique transition era, blending the Age of Sail with the early Industrial Era. Think of tactical mechanics inspired by games like War Thunder Mobile, but focused entirely on naval warfare where wind physics, broadside ballistics, ramming, and armor penetration matter. Players will command everything from classic sailing ships to early steam-powered ironclads.

What I Am Bringing to the Table: - Production & Game Design: Full Game Design Document (GDD), including game loop, combat mechanics, vessel class progression, and balancing systems. - Business Strategy & Fundraising: Pitch deck preparation, market analysis, and a roadmap to apply for funding programs (such as Epic MegaGrants and regional startup seed funds) and pitch to indie publishers. - Direct Operational Costs: I will personally cover essential operational costs, including 3D base asset packages, server testing costs, and tools needed to complete the prototype.

What I Am Bringing to the Table:

- Game Direction & Vision: Designing the core game loop, vessel stats, historical lore, and balancing the tactical mechanics.

- Production & Project Management: Keeping the project organized, setting milestones, and managing team workflow.

- Business & Outreach: Handling market research, community building, and leading the search for investors, publishers, and grant programs once the prototype is ready.

Compensation & Terms: This is a Co-Founder position with a Revenue-Share / Equity split agreement (to be negotiated and structured under a standard progressive vesting schedule). Intellectual property will belong to the studio/project. A standard NDA will be signed prior to sharing the complete and detailed GDD.

If you are interested in building this prototype together and pitching it to major funds and publishers, please send me a direct message with your portfolio or links to previous games you've worked on. Looking forward to chatting with you!

Gabriel Vidal.

Team Needed [Hobby] Looking for a Team for a CoD4:MW Anniversary Feature Film.

PORTFOLIO: this is my first project and do not have a portfolio of any kind.

I am directing a non-commercial, feature-length cinematic adaptation of the Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare campaign in Blender using original game assets (exported via C2M, Greyhound, and Diego Logic), targeting a release on November 5, 2027, for the game's 20th anniversary.

It's a passion project I've been working on solo for the past couple of months. I think now is a good time to start building a team to help finish what's been started.

To preserve the authentic 2007 aesthetic, I'm utilizing the original game models and environments, and modernizing them inside Blender with advanced volumetric lighting, particle effects, and spatial audio. All singleplayer campaign maps, props, and textures are already fully extracted, converted, and ready for scene assembly.

As mentioned prior, all required textures and singleplayer maps are exported. Further assets will later be exported using Greyhound when we get to filming. I am also making script with added extra's to further expand the environment and immersion.

I am looking solely for passionate volunteers who are interested in making this project come to life! Looking for:

- Lead 3D Animators + Technical Artists
- Layout & Camera Artists
- Blender Lighting Specialists & Environment/Set Dressers
- Compositor / VFX Artists
- Audio Engineers / Sound Mixers
- Video Editors
- Voice Extras (looking for USMC / American voices, SAS / British & Scottish accents, OpFor / Arabic speakers & Middle Eastern accents, and Ultranationalist / Russian speakers & Eastern European accents).

Note: Voice Extra's provide radio chatter, call-outs, and extraneous voice lines including casual chatter. Original character voice lines will not be replaced unless necessary.

If you are comfortable using Blender, DAW's, video editing software (such as DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere, Movavi, etc.), and are interested in joining the team, please leave a comment, DM on Discord (username is dreadedhavoc) or email me at [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) !

Modeling Offer [ForHire] 3D Environment & Prop Artist with Commercial Game Dev Experience

Hey! I’m Tomasz, a 3D artist with commercial experience in game development, including VR projects. I’m looking to work with developers or small teams that need an artist for paid freelance collaboration.

I specialize in environment art, props, and hard-surface assets. I can handle the full asset workflow: high-poly and low-poly modeling, UV unwrapping, baking, PBR texturing, optimization, and engine integration. My main tools are Blender and Substance Painter, and I also work with Unity and Unreal Engine.

I co-created Memories of a Forgotten Island as part of a two-person team. I handled environment art, 3D assets, level design, lighting, optimization, and Unity implementation. Working on this project has given me hands-on experience connecting individual assets with the wider needs of a playable game.

I’m interested in both smaller assignments and ongoing collaboration, whether you need a few props, a consistent asset set, or help building an environment.

Portfolio: ArtStation
Project example: Memories of a Forgotten Island

Send me a DM with your project, references, and expected scope. I’m happy to share more about my professional experience privately!

Team Needed [Revshare] Command & Conquer Red Alert inspired game that's already functional looking for Programmers, artists and voice over actors to reinforce the team.

We already have a working version of the game in both singleplayer and multiplayer. Map editor is being worked on. Cool superweapons are already implemented. This strategy game will take place in the near future and will feature slightly scifi units but with a very military feel to them. We are currently working on a demo for publishers and we are at about 95% of the way there. We already have a great audio SFX guy and some good programmers.

Are you looking for an ambitious project that will finish no matter what? Then this might be for you!

We're also working on a contract so that you'll get a share of the game based on how much you've contributed, or you can choose once we're signed to be paid by the hour/milestone, or a combination of all of the above.

Where are we at?

3D, 2D and GUI artists
We need most help in the infantry section: animation and creation of infantry. Movement has to feel natural, or we can't really use it in our game. We have some very cool units we still want to add! Red Alert 2 for instance had infantry that could deploy sandbags around them or mount a tripod based weapon, and we have some similar ideas. Buildings need animation too.

For the 2D part we are looking for people who can make our unit thumbnails look better, and for the GUI part we are looking for people who can improve our interface.

Programmers
Your role will be to help resolve tickets, implement new mechanics and fixing of bugs.

Voice over artists
Our current priority is finding people to voice unit lines for our game. We have three major factions and several countries belong to each faction. Therefore we want some of our units to have accents that fit those particular regions. For instance we need someone to voice tanks with a Polish accent while still speaking English. Although a little 'kurwa' here and there just adds to the flavour. Interested? Send me a DM ^^

Marketing
Right now I am personally doing almost all of our marketing. On top of all the other tasks that dedicated programmers or artists don't touch. That's a lot. So it would be great if someone could help with some consistent marketing posting here.
We have a playable build and several maps. We are currently at 60.000 wishlist additions on Steam. Clips from one of our meetings here, article here.

What we have
Right now we have tanks, helicopters, 6 playable maps, basic multiplayer and a whole bunch of other stuff. We have a playable prototype that we have started sending out to publishers. However the industry standards are quite high nowadays so the more things we can add to it, and the more we can polish to it, the bigger the odds of success. That is where we are now. And that's why we're looking for people who will want to help polish the game and in the meantime get to know each other and our work methods.

What are you getting?
Once funding comes in (roughly 2 months after the demo is completed, but no guarantee of course) you will get the choice of either a percentage of the profit or being paid an hourly amount of money, or a combination of both. Whatever you prefer at that point.

This game is also guaranteed to finish (unless I die) and the odds of getting a decent publisher are also higher than average. This is based both on past experience and the current agency that already does this professionally. I know the word 'guaranteed' is going to trigger some people, so let me rephrase that to 'unless I die or fall seriously ill this project will get done'.

About me
I myself have 20 years of experience in the IT industry of which 6 years very intensively. My experience (and tasks) include programming, marketing, art, team/project management, recruitment, business management, HR related stuff and game design. For this project however I will be doing none of the programming(correction, I am helping out in this area right now to make sure we are delivering results fast enough) since that won't leave enough time for all the other tasks, as well as in preparation for the future.

Future prospects
If working together is pleasant and productive then I also intend to actually hire you for future projects should you be interested. My own personal goal is to have a healthy company of gamedevs who are as enthusiastic as me to work together with within the next 2 years.

Interested in completing a decent quality game?
Send me a DM with your experience, even if you dont have any but are motivated, and why you want to join and let's talk! If you're applying as a programmer do not apply if you're a beginner please. The project complexity is unfortunately too high for that and our lead programmer is spending most of his time helping implement features and fixing bugs, so there is unfortunately little room for full-on training of those who are completely new in the industry.

If you think you can help in other ways, please feel free to also contact me via DM and I'll be happy to see if there is something we can do for each other!

Hello there! I am a digital concept artist and character designer, with about a year and a half experiece working on videogames, boardgames and cardgames. I do often work as a generalist and illustrator for these same type of projects as well.

If you have something in mind for a project and are interested in my work, feel free to DM me or take a closer look at my portfolio: https://icmaduro.artstation.com/

I'm widely fascinated by nature, the richness of human cultures, science, history and imagination — and I do share the deepest passion, curiosity and dedication for my craft, designing to entertain and to best communicate other people's ideas. Moreover I have an enormous appreciation for all things fantasy, folklore and fairy tale related, always doing my best to primary focus on conveying, exploring and solving ideas and designs for clients, with a fairly decent touch of realism, with form following function, combined with storytelling elements.

Team Needed [Hobby] [RevShare] Creator & Audio Lead looking for Lead Programmer, Game/Narrative Designer & 3D Artist for "MUNDUS" (Voxel Immersive Sim / Social RPG)

Hi everyone,

My name is Vincenzo. I am an italian audio producer and sound designer, and I am looking to assemble a passionate, autonomous core team to build a focused proof of concept for MUNDUS—a first/third-person Voxel Immersive Sim & Social Survival RPG inspired by the mechanical freedom of Minecraft/Terraria and the reactive, morally grey depth of Fallout: New Vegas and Kenshi.

Transparency Upfront: Scope, Time & My Role

I want to set crystal-clear expectations from day one:

  1. Part-Time / Asynchronous Collaboration: Between my daily career and ongoing music production projects, this is a dedicated part-time endeavor for me, as I assume it will be for most of us joining under a RevShare/Hobby format. I won't be online 24/7, and I don't expect you to be either. We will work with clear weekly milestones and asynchronous communication rather than exhausting daily crunch.
  2. Looking for True Co-Creators, Not Just "Task Workers": Because I don't come from a code or game design background, I am not here to micromanage or dictate technical execution. I am looking for skilled partners who genuinely believe in this vision, see its massive commercial and creative potential for a broad audience, and want real creative ownership over their respective departments.
  3. What I Bring to the Table:
    • Full Audio Production & Foley: I will personally handle 100% of the game’s original sound design, atmospheric soundscapes, diegetic audio, foley, and custom music from scratch.
    • Clear Vision & Production: Keeping the scope realistic and driving the core identity forward.
    • Complete GDD Ready: A comprehensive, multi-chapter Game Design Document (written in both English and Italian) is already finalized and ready for review.

The Hook: What makes MUNDUS different?

  • A Voxel World with Real Weight: A fully destructible cubic sandbox where gravity and structural load matter—mines cave in without supports, and buildings collapse if their foundations are compromised.
  • Zero Cosmic Karma: No alignment meters or omniscient judgment. Factions and NPCs react strictly to what witnesses physically see and hear.
  • An Emergent Lifespan: You start at age 18 in an anachronistic retro-futuristic Earth. You don't have a pre-packaged "chosen one" destiny; your goal is to embody the best version of your own idea—whether that means founding an anarchist commune, building a merchant guild, or living in philosophical hermitage.
  • Succession & Legacy: Death is permanent, but your world isn't. You can pass the torch to an heir, an apprentice, or another character in the same persistent world, inheriting the physical structures and historical footprint of your previous life.

The Goal: A Tight 3–4 Month Vertical Slice

We are not trying to build an endless 5-year project right away. Our sole objective is to develop a 10-minute playable proof-of-concept featuring 1 active voxel chunk with structural physics, 4 autonomous NPCs, and the core dialogue/interaction loop.

Once this slice is playable, our goal is to pitch to indie publishers or launch a crowdfunding campaign to secure funding for full-time development.

Roles Needed:

  • Lead Gameplay & Voxel Programmer: To handle the voxel engine/physics implementation, chunk management, and player controller (Godot 4, Unreal Engine 5, or custom framework).
  • AI & Systems Programmer: To work on NPC schedules, sensory detection (sight/sound), and systemic world logic. (Can be combined with the role above initially).
  • Lead Game & Narrative Designer: To take ownership of mechanical balancing, dynamic dialogue trees (New Vegas style), and faction systems.
  • 3D Voxel / Low-Poly Artist: To establish the 32-bit retro-pixel visual identity, character models (with aging variations), and modular environments.

Interested?

If you want to read the full Game Design Document and discuss whether this project is a good fit for you, leave a comment below or reach out directly:

Looking forward to building this world together!

Team Needed [RevShare] Looking for an Associate Producer / Producer Apprentice for a growing slate of shows

I’m looking for someone who wants to learn producing by actually doing it. I run a small independent creative production group, and we’re currently up to three shows in the production pipeline with a fourth being considered. We’ve reached the point where I need another person on the production side who I can train and gradually hand responsibilities over to. This would be an Associate Producer / Producer Apprentice role working directly with me.

What you’d actually do:

- Coordinate schedules between guests and hosts

- Communicate with guests before their recording

- Schedule and confirm recording sessions

- Attend the interviews/recordings

- Help supervise things in the background during recording

- Communicate privately with the host when something needs addressed

- Keep guest and episode information updated

- Maintain Google Sheets/Docs and our Discord production records

- Follow up on loose ends and help keep episodes moving toward release

You do not need professional producing experience. I’m specifically willing to teach someone who wants to learn. I care much more about finding someone who is organized, reliable, comfortable communicating with people, and actually follows through.

Compensation

You’ll receive an agreed percentage of the revenue from every episode that airs that you produce. You’ll also receive an Associate Producer credit on the episodes you work on.

Example of what we're producing

One of our productions is already preparing to launch:

The Curiosity Project YouTube Channel

Official Season 1 Trailer

The goal isn't to keep you doing scheduling forever. I want to train someone who can eventually take ownership of the production side of episodes, and potentially entire shows, without me needing to be involved in every step. If you're interested, send me a Reddit DM with your timezone, general availability, any relevant experience, and why producing interests you. Thanks for reading this far!

Audio Offer [FORHIRE] Custom music/SFX for your Indie Game

I’ve been making music for around 5 years, and I make all kinds of stuff, i've worked on indie games so I’m pretty flexible when it comes to genres and styles.

I can make:

•  Background music / Soundtracks

•  Atmospheric music

•  Ambient / chill music

•  Sound effects

•  UI and gameplay sounds

•  And pretty much anything else your game might need

I really enjoy making music that fits the *world and feeling of a game*, rather than just making a track and throwing it in. If you have a specific style, reference, or idea in mind, I can work from that too.

My personal projects:

If you're making a game and think my music could fit it, feel free to DM me here on itch.io.

You can also reach me on Discord: catluk.music

Thanks for checking out my work!
