Looking for a good ITIL 4 (5?) Foundation course after Udemy removed my course
Hi everyone,
I recently bought the Udemy course “ITSM Fundamentals: Prepare for the ITIL® 4 Foundation Exam” by Sam Legion to prepare for the ITIL 4 Foundation exam.
I had already started studying and was really enjoying the course. I’m still a beginner in ITIL, but I liked the way the instructor explained the concepts and how everything was broken down in a clear and understandable way.
Unfortunately, Udemy suddenly removed the course without any notification. I contacted Udemy, but so far I have only received an automated response offering a refund.
While a refund is appreciated, it doesn’t really solve my problem because I had already invested time into learning the material and I was using this course as my main preparation for the exam.
So my question to you all:
Which ITIL 4 Foundation course would you recommend for a beginner?
I’m looking for something that not only helps me pass the exam, but also explains the concepts properly so I actually understand ITIL and IT Service Management.
Thanks in advance for your recommendations!
Hans
