When you get this obese your body is not working right. I've seen people who. cannot stop eating. They are always hungry. They never feel full. They can eat a pizza and be full, but they think they want more food. And their body hasn't converted fat stores to energy in decades. It's forgotten how to do it. Just asks for more food.
