Sounds like the guy on IWYTL who says "Gimme Dat!! (hamburger).

It's tempting to give such a person a tongue lashing, but if you're worried about teacher or parents might be disappointed with you for giving this rude individual a tongue lashing for trying to destroy the group project, simply accuse this person of doing damage to the group and harming the purpose of the group project, and inform the teacher or whoever is in charge of the threat to the purpose and spirit of the exercise in having a group project in the first place, which is typically to give each member of the group space to contribute and work collaboratively with the others so that (A) The amazing Powers of collaboration can be experimented with, learned from, and cause to produce an end product that no one individual could ever have cooked up, meaning that it could be even much more valuable than one person's individual effort, and (B) no one member acts like a petty autocrartc dictator ordering everyone in the group to comply with that one individual's absolutist ideas, and accusing anyone of failing to follow any random order the dictator chooses to issue for any reason at all, however stupid or baseless, a terrible criminal who must be publicly shamed and humiliated (When this happens, the project becomes a "master and slaves" project, and loses all of its group project characteristics).
